Miguel was a great driver and kept us safe. Beatriz was an excellent guide. She was very detailed in her explanations and very patient with stragglers not keeping proper time. Definitely recommened the tour! It would be nice if during the hour of "free time" in Segovia, we had time to shop. We were taken to a prearranged restaurant which included a drink and a snack. We had the option to eat there or find another place to eat. We choose to eat there as the other options were a little far away but because if the size of the group, the food took a while and we were rushed and some hadn't finished eating, paying, or use the restrooms. We had to eat in Segovia as there was no alloted time to eat in Avila. Other than that, it was a great tour.

Our guide was Beatrice who did a wonderful job getting through the two city tour. She was very outgoing and bubbly and we had fun. It was a little rough without a stroller(I forgot it) with a four year old but we made it through. Bus driver Miguel was a good driver as well! Bus was a bit hot but a smooth ride. Not enough time to pick a different lunch spot and very little time for shopping. It really is mostly just history/site seeing tour.

Our bus driver Miguel was excellent guiding us through out the trip. Beatrice and Carlos helped us on/off bus and provided us with pertinent information pre and post towns. In Segovia Laura was tremendous in providing interesting historical facts of the moorish, roman and gothic buildings. In Avila Gloria shared the history of Saint Teresa and Saint Vincent. It was a hot day, but plenty of shade and breaks are provided. Highly recommend this excursion.

Nice experience, the guide Carlos was very friendly, he explained things very well to us during the tour. The sites were beautiful, we were able to learn a lot about Segovia and Avila. Time for photos and lunch. We liked it.

Everything was excellent. Rushed but good for time spent. The bus has no restroom. Seats are really cramped it the person in front lays it back. They will be in your lap. Picture uploaded.
