Really good tour! We did it as a family with young children and really enjoyed it. Learnt a lot!
I did the self-guided audio ride of “Alternative History of Palma” and, honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. It’s not your typical tour full of dates and data that are instantly forgotten, but a creative, immersive and beautifully narrated experience that makes you look at the city with different eyes. The story is cleverly constructed, mixing real events with imaginative twists that keep you hooked from start to finish. The narrative is clear, dynamic and with the perfect rhythm to walk without hurry, but without losing interest at any time. Also, the directions are easy to follow, so you can enjoy the tour without worrying about missing out. I loved how he manages to transform well-known corners of Palma into scenarios full of mystery and new interpretations. It is ideal for both visitors and those who already know the city, because it brings a totally different perspective. Another strength is the freedom it offers: you can do it at your own pace, stop whenever you want, repeat parts... which makes it very comfortable and adaptable. In short, it is an original, entertaining and very well-kept experience. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for something different and memorable in Palma. I would certainly repeat with other similar tours.

Very nice visit to the center of Palma! A very interesting choice of itinerary to walk around and enjoy the city. A quiet voice that transports you from street to street. I recommend this audio tour!!
I've used Viator a few times successfully & really enjoyed it. But I had to add a new app this time & I tried for an hour and half to get it to work and it wouldn't. Really frustrating and disappointing. I won't bother again.

Very good and inexpensive way to tour Palma old town. Narration was generally clear, although with a bit of an accent, and it was easy to go at our own pace. GPS seemed to work well/know when we were straying off track. Good suggestions along the way, like a small out of the way restaurant that we ended up visiting after the tour (it was excellent as promised).
If you have little time on a first visit to Palma, this is an excellent resource and interesting exploration of the historical center. I would definitely recommend. I really enjoyed the highlights by the guide. The only limitation is relocating oneself if you find yourself getting off track..An improvement would be to link somehow with GMaps
I used the Voice Map audio guide on the Palma's Alternative History Tour. I found that this innovative App was an excellent way to do the tour at a time and pace that I wanted. The Voice Map guide gave me a very helpful and informative insight into Palma’s history. I highly recommend this App and its guided tours and I will definitely check out what guides are available in other cities that I visit.
We arrived in Palma with an open itinerary so looked online for activities and this caught our eye. Its great that you get to go at your own pace and can break off when you want to explore any of the areas more. We definitely saw things we would have missed if we hadn't done the self guided walk. After seeing the Palace we went back another day to do the tour. Will definitely look out for these again in other cities.
