The tour guide was awesome, and the tour was educational and entertaining. Highly recommend this to anyone.
Not what we expected at all. We have done tours in the past. The guide was too long winded and the stories were hard to follow. We started out with a hope of 15 but he end we only had 4 or 5 left in the group.
The Sheriff is a great guide - storyteller, factual, and humorous as needed. He has done the research! If it's a hot night, be prepared with lots of water!
Our tour guide Blanco was fantastic! Great humor and was passionate about his job. Would definitely recommend.

This experience was so incredible. We had Blanco as our tour guide. He was super awesome. Blanco made the tour entertaining, incredible, and spooky! Blanco told us amazing historical stories and ghost encounters. We even caught a picture of a ghost! Blanco was super helpful if we had a question he could answer everything. He was incredibly kind, funny, and made things enjoyable. We also went to Some incredible locations! We highly recommend the tour! Make sure to book it with Blanco! 10/10!

Anna. We’re a bit confused about whether your rating was about the weather or the tour. It’s June in Florida, and the heat can be overwhelming if you’re not used to it. However, we’re thrilled that you found our guide knowledgable; we’re consistently working to improve our tours and learn about new paranormal activity in the area. We wish you’d been able to stay for the entire experience and hope that you enjoyed your time in the Nation’s Oldest City!
I'm sure this tour is heavily dependent on who you get as a tour guide, and ours was unfortunately not a good storyteller. We actually had 2 people in our group leave early it was so bad. I would have as well if not for social graces. The guide was very boring and didn't tell very many ghost stories. Next time I'm in St. Augustine I will have to try again, and hope I get a better guide so I can hear some interesting lore.
