We signed up for a tour on June 10, and Martha was our guide. The tour ended up being just the three of us, plus Martha, which made for an incredible experience! Martha took the time to thoroughly explain the history of St. Augustine while showing us different parts of the city. Although the tour included plenty of fascinating ghost stories, she also shared a wealth of historical information that made the experience both entertaining and educational. What stood out most was how attentive and engaging Martha was with my 12-year-old daughter, who has a strong interest in both the supernatural and history. Martha took the time to listen to her questions and interests and even left her with some inspiring words at the end of the tour. We’ve been on several tours over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best one we’ve experienced. Thank you so much, Martha, for making our visit to St. Augustine so memorable!
It says on the site that no gratuity and guide continued to ask for it. He also had the nerve to complain to another person after we left

Can’t express how much fun we had on the tour. We went during a weekday and it was just us. Our tour guide was Martha, she was amazing, her knowledge, her excitement, and her sweet personality will forever be remembered when I think about this tour.

Most terrible tour/experience I've ever paid good money for. The first house was a new renovation and the guide could not stay focused to tell a story. Why a new house in downtown St. To tell a ghost story? And it went downhill from there. The Old City Ghost tour "ghosted" me after complaining and trying to get money back. Dont waste your time with these people. Had family and grandkids now the time gor a fun experience has past.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun on this tour. Our guide, James, was very knowledgeable and very fun and even had his own equipment during the tour to see if we could catch anything. Ended up being the very first of his tour groups to be physically touched by an entity (because of course it’d happen to me). Couldn’t think of a better experience.
