It was absolutely amazing!!! You meet the driver and other people who signed up at a meeting spot. The agency communication is excellent. It sends you a text message to confirm your booking a night before and you can use that contact to ask about what type of van is meeting you, etc. The group is small. May be 12 people. Our driver was Caleb and he was fantastic. Please tip your driver, it’s a lot of driving and Caleb went out of his way to drop off some of the people on our way back to their hotel which was right on our way. The tour itself is high energy and includes climbing very high hills. You hike for about 40 min, then come to the place where all of the adrenaline-causing activities are: rocky water slide (slide made by nature in a rock with waterfall gushing down), then cliff jumping (easy, moderate and high) and rope swing. Then you hike back. It’s about 2.5 hrs all together plus about 2.30-3 hrs of drive to and from. It was memorable experience! Very well organized. You will get wet no matter what. We left all our towels and other belongings at our guide’s car, Gian. If you are taking phone, make sure you have a waterproof case for it bc everything will get wet and goes into water. Shoes: water shoes worked great. Our guide Gian was fantastic! Young gentlemen who cracked few jokes along the way and promised us we will survive :) please tip your guide as well. They appreciate any tip and make the tour as fun as they can.

One of a kind experience, takes you out of your comfort zone. Challenging but rewarding. Just make sure you’re well prepared with proper water shoes or hiking shoes. I’d recommend not bringing small children as it’s a somewhat strenuous hike and daring cliff jumps.

Hike wasn’t as long as I thought it would be. Great views and Adynn was a great guide. Definitely recommend to try at least once.

This isn’t for the week if you have a bad knee or bad leg, I don’t recommend it but it was a great experience and I’m glad I got to do it Adynn was amazing she got me through some parts that I thought I would never be able to climb. I would book her privately. Next time I come with my family and friends. The rainforest was absolutely beautiful and the water felt amazing.

The shuttle driver didn’t speak the ride there or back. Air was on but didn’t seem to work. He drove erratically, passing cars, speeding. Thought maybe we’d hear a little about where we were going. The tour guide was fine. If you don’t want to do the rock slide/jumping I would skip this tour as that’s the focus. My daughter and I didn’t so we spent maybe 1.5 hrs waiting while my son and husband did. My son did have a great time. They heavily encouraged us to leave all personal belongings behind and I even asked if they’d take photos and they said yes. Unfortunately the only photos were the action shots of rock jumping so no actual family photos or of the hike, scenery, etc. I did see other guides there taking photos of groups and families so I really wish we’d brought a phone since ours did not. We finished around 2 but the shuttle didn’t come until around 2:45. The description was vague about lunch so we brought snacks which I wish it had. By that point we were just ready to get back but then the shuttle driver stopped at a food stand. Again zero communication just parked and got out so we sat around another 15 min. Pretty sure he drank a beer with his lunch. Easily could’ve been a much shorter day.

Overall experience was 10/10!! Our tour guide Adynn was very kind and welcoming. She made sure we were all safe and made sure to educate us on the history of el yunque and some cool facts about why certain things exist within it, very cool and will be coming back with more friends!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down one of the most unforgettable adventures I’ve ever had! From exploring the beautiful El Yunque Rainforest to flying down the water slides, cliff jumping, and having fun on the rope swing, every part of the experience was exciting and memorable. Our guide was absolutely awesome! She was incredibly knowledgeable about El Yunque Rainforest, sharing fascinating information about the area, its history, wildlife, and natural beauty throughout the tour. She was friendly, energetic, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an adventure filled with nature, adrenaline, and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend this tour. Five stars all the way—I would definitely do it again!
