Situato proprio nel cuore della città in un bellissimo palazzo, il Museo Egizio di Torino è il secondo museo più importante del mondo per lo studio della civiltà Egizia e dovrebbe perciò essere una tappa obbligatoria se ti trovi a Torino.
Assieme alla tua guida locale ti immeregerai nella cultura egizia, ammirando delle vere mummie, sarcofagi, oggetti di vita quotidiana e diversi reperti (nel museo ce ne sono più di 40.000). Potrai anche entrare nella scenografica galleria di Ramses II che è stata ricostruita nel museo esattamente come era quella rinvenuta dagli archeologi in Egitto.
Scopri la quotidianità degli Antichi Egizi, i loro rituali e le loro abitudini. Osserva la vera Sfinge, il papiro di Kha, le statue di Amon e Seti in questo viaggio nello spazio e nel tempo. Un "viaggio" assolutamente da vivere, entusiasmante sia per gli adulti che per i bambini.

Passionate tour guide with great attention to her audience
The museum has one of the largest collections of Egyptian artefacts outside Egypt. Our passionate tour guide, Giada, took us through the highlights of the different periods of Egyptian history in a two-hour tour.
She gave detailed and engaging explanations of the many fascinating objects and displays we encountered along the way. The service was excellent and our guide was absolutely outstanding.

A deep and rewarding dive into the lives of the Pharaohs
Susanna gave us one of the best guided tours we have ever experienced. She was deeply knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the exhibits to life. This is a big museum with a huge collection, and having a guide like Susanna who can curate a fascinating and entertaining voyage through history is worth many times the cost of admission. Her tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy.

Interesting explanation by knowledgeable guide Jada
Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide Jada showed us the most important exhibits in the large museum in over 2 hours and gave us an entertaining way to
look into the history of the common man as well as the wealthy and pharaohs given. Recommended!

We had a lovely tour...
We had a lovely tour guide who was very passionate and knowledgeable about this museum. It has some of the coolest and most interesting Egyptian artifacts that I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend a guide for this tour otherwise you’re going to miss a lot of the details that really make the tour special.

Excellent guide and a museum well worth your time and attention.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He told the history in a way that was interesting and he kept the tour moving at a good pace.

An extraordinary museum, enhanced by an excellent guide.
Our guide, Alessio, was engaging and always available to answer questions. The museum is splendid and very well organized, but the guide truly added value to the experience. The visit was particularly interesting because it allowed us to learn not only about the Pharaoh and his court, but also about the aspects of daily life of ordinary people in ancient Egypt.
