Bus started on time and staff are helpful. But it does take nearly 2hours one way. I would recommend going 10am and come back by 6 or 7pm.
First of all positive things , the bus was big and clean, pick up and drop at right time The main problem we faced was that the Ac was not working for the outbound bus. For almost 90 minutes we were literally in an oven, kids had a tough time as our trip was in summer and the bus had no cooling. So if booking and getting the bus, check the Ac if it’s summer .

Everything was fine until when we were getting on the bus and she couldn’t find my name. Well lo and behold I had bought the tkts for the next day. The lady at the bus told me to walk into the office and tell them and they would change my ticket. Well, they did but told me I had to pay an additional $15 per ticket. I couldn’t get her to explain to me why, just kept saying it was their policy. I find that absolutely ridiculous. There was enough room on the bus so why did it make a difference?

When a ticket needs to be reissued for a different date at the point of departure, a small administrative fee applies to cover the change, which is why our staff at the office were unable to waive it on the spot. I want to express my happiness doing this trip and this reservation we enjoyed the day and the transport facilitated our experience
It said you would get your tickets at the ticket center in the morning, but the ticket center in front of the station was closed when the time came. I looked around and looked for those buses and showed them a reservation sheet in Japanese, and they let me in without a barcode scan. I don't think I could have sat on the bus if it was full and I was on time.

Get to the bus stop at least 30 minutes before your departure. It may be difficult to find your bus. The departures start at 4 pm, so plan for an all day experience. If you do not want to spend a whole day you may have to look into other means of transportation
The bus didn’t pick up from mall and they left five minutes early Departure was 17.15 but they left 17.10

Excellent! On time. Trio back and forth is shorter than is posted. You have time to shop and eat lunch and head back to your place. Highly recommend. The outlet is beautiful and the whole experience was out standing.
Prices are excellent Place is very nice and clean and arranged I like it and I would back there Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Good way as to visit this shopping center. Departure and pickup was on time. Bus was a double decker that was clean and comfortable. Ride was smooth.
