Il Palazzo Reale di Queluz, noto anche come Palazzo Nazionale di Queluz, risale al XVIII secolo. Il palazzo fu costruito come residenza estiva per Don Pedro de Bragança, futuro re Pedro III, e fu uno degli ultimi grandi edifici in stile rococò eretti in Europa.
Il Palazzo Nazionale di Sintra, noto anche come Palazzo della Città, fu tra i palazzi utilizzati dalla famiglia reale portoghese quasi fino alla fine della monarchia, nel 1910. La sua costruzione iniziò nel XV secolo e presenta caratteristiche dell'architettura medievale, gotica, manuelina, rinascimentale e romantica
Il fantastico Palácio da Pena è uno dei migliori esempi di revivalismo romantico del XIX secolo in Portogallo. Situato in cima al Monte da Pena, il palazzo fu edificato sul luogo di un antico monastero appartenente all'Ordine di S. Girolamo. Fu il frutto della fantasia di Dom Fernando di Sassonia Coburgo-Gotha, che sposò la regina Dona Maria II nel 1836. Dopo essersi innamorato di Sintra, decise di acquistare il convento e il terreno circostante per costruire un palazzo estivo per la famiglia reale.

Tuttavia, produce onde di qualità, funzionando al meglio con le maree più basse quando lunghe, sinistre e destre oscillanti possono formarsi attorno alle sponde in movimento. Cascais è un resort tutto l'anno a soli 40 minuti da Lisbona. Re e aristocratici hanno trascorso le vacanze qui ed è facile capire perché.
Da tempo affermata come meta di villeggiatura cosmopolita dei ricchi e famosi della riviera portoghese, Estoril ha un'eleganza più comunemente attribuita alle località della Costa Azzurra. I reali esiliati e i despoti deposti fecero di questo il loro rifugio durante la seconda guerra mondiale

Absolutely first class service. We had a personally curated tour of Lisbon and surrounding area with excellent recommendations for walks, museums, cultural and general interest places and a wonderful lunch stop. Pedro’s knowledge and friendly demeanour is a pleasure to behold. We would not hesitate to recommend his services and indeed hope to use him again in the future. Highly recommended!

A marvellous whole day. Pedro enabled us to see the sights, in a comfortable and mega efficient way as we were only in Lisbon for two days. He booked tickets ahead so no queues and sorted a lovely table for lunch. Sintra was a beautiful highlight. Saw soooo many Tuk-Tuks stuck in queues up to castle. Worth the difference. V comfortable.
The day trip with Peter was absolutely amazing. This is my second time using him as a guide around Portugal and he exceeds expectations!! We saw so much in just 8 hours and he had the best recommendations on what to do and food spots. He is incredibly funny and knows so much about Portugal. I always recommend a day with Peter when friends and family tell me they are visiting Lisbon. He never disappoints!!
Pedro was an amazing guide and our 2 full days of touring Lisbon and the surrounding areas was a highlight of our trip to Portugal. He is a native of Lisbon and enjoys sharing his in depth knowledge of his culture and its history. He was very flexible and was able to pivot to change plans as necessary. As an added bonus, he is quite the foodie and was happy to share a number of wonderful restaurant recommendations. Pedro is amazing! We asked our hotel (Sheraton) to arrange something private and exclusive for me and my wife to visit Sintra and some surrounding towns as an all-day day trip. They hooked us up with Pedro, and we were very glad that they did. Pedro delivered for us. He had a beautiful and roomy car, bottled water, and was very flexible with us on any accommodation we needed. He grabbed us an awesome table at a lunch spot in Guincho where we could see the water and the fish was fresh. He was very patient while we toured inside at a couple of key spots, and overall we had a very pleasant time.

Pedro was spectacular, professional, and very knowledgeable! We do quite a bit of traveling. I’m at 83 countries now and we spent some time in Spain in Portugal. Our hotel is Sheridan connected us with Pedro and we utilized him for tours and some other transportation needs we had while looking at some properties. He was spectacular, again, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our experiences were perfect. Further, the vehicle was beautiful. It was a Mercedes S class that provided the ultimate luxury touch for a tour and transportation experiences! I highly recommend him and the company.
