We had such a lovely time visiting Cascais and Sintra, especially discovering the amazing Pena Palace and the mesmerizing Regaleira. Special thanks to our amazing driver Clay and our fantastic guide Mario. We absolutely recommend it !

Our guide Marcos was the best. The trip was strenuous for me (82 years old) but he wanted to make sure I took my time and was able to see everything that was included. We had many discussions with him on the history of each and every place we went and saw. He was very considerate of our well being as it was very hot. He was a true professional yet had a great sense of humor to go along with all the knowledge he shared with us. Very informative when we had questions and always answered them. He is a true credit to your company and a great representative. Thank you Marcos The only problem we had was with the person who met us when we first arrived. He had grey hair, Antonio(?) He was rude, supercilious, nasty, wouldn’t actually, tell us where we should be or the fact that the different guides were calling out the names of the people in their group. We nearly missed our names being called as we’ve never encountered their system. He took one look at our trekking poles and said, were we sure we wanted to go. He then showed us his phone with, supposedly, the fact he walked 14 kilometers the day before. We did the whole tour and did 7 1/2 kilometers. He really seemed to want us to give up our trip. He is a detriment to your company.

Our guide Ana made this trip truly special. She was helpful, kind, and genuinely cared that everyone felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The information she shared about each place we visited — from the colorful Pena Palace to the mystical Quinta da Regaleira, the stunning cliffs at Cabo da Roca, and the charming town of Cascais — was interesting and engaging. She also gave us so many great tips to make the most to our stay in Lisbon. Highly recommend — and if you get Ana as your guide, you're in great hands!

Too little time at Cabo da Roca (15 minutes) New French-speaking guide, too few explanations, poorly organized, could not do the Regaleira tour, no more tickets left. In short, frustrating!!!
