Questo è il modo migliore per scoprire ed esplorare il Parco Naturale di Sintra-Cascais, un vero paradiso vicino a Lisbona. Durante questo tour visiterai alcune delle meravigliose spiagge e montagne di questo parco naturale, sarai in contatto permanente con la natura e godrai di paesaggi unici. In bicicletta visiteremo il meraviglioso villaggio di Sintra, conosciuto come il “paese delle fiabe”, dove assaggeremo i dolci locali (Queijadas de Sintra e Travesseiros), passeremo davanti a fantastici castelli e palazzi, che appartenevano a la famiglia reale portoghese e a molti milionari che hanno fatto la loro vacanza di lusso. Sintra è sicuramente un luogo mitico! Con l'aggiunta della meravigliosa costa di Cascais e delle sue innumerevoli e affascinanti spiagge in questo tour, possiamo dire che equivale a "mettere la ciliegina sulla torta". Sintra è una villa meravigliosa, ricca di storia, situata ai piedi della Serra de Sintra. Con i suoi castelli, palazzi e stradine piene di colori, è un autentico scenario da favola. Qui facciamo una breve pausa per vedere il paese, prendere un caffè e assaggiare la pasticceria tradizionale.
Questo è un luogo misterioso, all'interno del giardino ci sono diversi cunicoli e un pozzo dove si può entrare. Nei giorni in cui ci sono molti visitatori è impossibile visitare l'interno, si perde molto tempo in fila, negli altri giorni ti permettiamo di visitare questo luogo.
Oltre a visitare il villaggio di Sintra, in questo tour visitiamo anche il Parco Naturale di Sintra, circondato da alberi meravigliosi, godendo di magnifici panorami in un'atmosfera incantevole.
Fanno parte di questo Parco Naturale anche enormi scogliere vicino all'Atlantico e alcune spiagge, per questo pedaleremo anche in cima alle scogliere e visiteremo alcune spiagge, in particolare la meravigliosa spiaggia di Adraga, dove nelle giornate più calde sarà possibile nuotare un po'.
Questo è il punto più occidentale d'Europa, il passaggio attraverso questo luogo simbolico è un altro momento clou di questo tour.
Sempre all'interno del Parco Naturale di Sintra, visiteremo uno dei punti più alti di questa catena montuosa, il Santuario da Peninha, che ha una vista assolutamente meravigliosa. Nelle giornate di sole è possibile vedere Lisbona, Cascais e l'intera distesa dell'Oceano Atlantico.
Questa è una delle spiagge più famose del Portogallo, nota per le sue onde grandi e potenti, è ottima per il surf e il wind surf.
Situato tra Serra de Sintra, Praia do Guincho e Vila de Cascais, troverai questo posto, dove a volte il mare è così forte che la gente ha iniziato a chiamare questo luogo la bocca dell'inferno.

This tour was incredible! I didn’t know anything about these 2 cities/villages, but they are gorgeous and the temperature is much cooler than Lisbon on a hot day. Sintra can get crowded with tourists, but with ebikes you can get around quickly and its sooo much better than walking up the many hills! Ebikes are so fun, especially on the offroad parts through the park, getting you to some fabulous views. Thank you Maria for the excellent tour!

This was an amazing way to spend a day, seeing such varied parts of Portugal. We went from the urban bustle of Lisbon to the charming hillsides of Sintra, through the beautiful forest preserve, and down to the beaches of Cascais. It’s an exhilarating and action-packed way to see the region. Also, our guide was awesome!!

Miguel was absolutely amazing. He tailored our e-bike tour to exactly what we wanted. He gave us options like to stay on pavement or off road. He made it so much fun for our teenage boys.

Mary was wonderful. Her explanations were very helpful. We stopped twice for refreshments. First, for a coffee and a snack. Second, for a very nice lunch. The other stops were to take in a number of views and learn more about what we were seeing. Since Sintra and Cascais were the playgrounds of the well to do, biking in "their footsteps" was perfect, especially through the forest. Probably one of the best tours we have taken. It was a very full day!

The tour was very well designed. It started with a warm-up ride along a seaside cycle path, which gave us time to get used to riding the e-bikes before heading into the hills. The e-bikes were powerful and made it easy and enjoyable to explore the hilly areas of Sintra and the surrounding countryside. Along the way, Maria shared interesting bits of history, which made the experience even more enjoyable. **Tip:** The guide is very flexible when it comes to lunch, the places you visit, and the overall duration of the tour. It's a good idea to think in advance about what you would like to see and do. The tour can last more than eight hours, so keep that in mind when planning dinner or any evening activities.

We had such a fun day. Maria was a wonderful guide. She took us to an adorable pastry shop to a treat early in the day. Gave us a choice between grabbing sandwiches to eat along the way or going to a restaurant for lunch. We picnicked in the forest. She spent an extra couple hours with us. No rush, just wanted everyone to have a good time.

Maria ensured we had an incredible adventure from gaining e-bike confidence to teaching us how to take the train to seeing just about every every angle of Sintra from sea level to a 1600 foot elevation gain. We exceeded our daily steps as well as e-biked over 20 miles. This excursion exceeded every expectation! Thank you, Maria!
