It was fantastic experience, the buggy’s and the quad, we had both booked out, my kids loved it, the desert the experience was amazing, they also gave us food and drinks which was included in the price :) Will deffo come again, we also went on a camel ride was very good, they also have a little show which was belly dancing. Amazing and great value for money!!! Our guide Kabo was fantastic and speaks very good English!! Thank you!!!

Your original booking was for the wrong date, and you informed us only around 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup, after all arrangements had already been completed. Although our cancellation policy did not allow changes at that stage, we still made a one-time exception and changed your tour to the following day completely free of charge, even though a date change fee normally applies. Later that same day, you contacted us again requesting to cancel the tour entirely and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, by then the booking had already been amended as a goodwill gesture, and the activity remained subject to our cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed on the booking page before confirmation. We always communicate through the Viator messaging system whenever possible, and we also use WhatsApp only for operational matters such as pickup times and quick assistance, ensuring our guests receive timely support. We genuinely regret that we could not meet your expectations, but we believe it is important for future travelers to know that we went beyond our policy to assist you, even after a last-minute change request.
This experience was amazing. Me and my boyfriend did the ATV riding, bedouin camp with show and food, and stargazing afterwards. The guides were so friendly, they honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The ATV riding was so much fun and it felt surreal going through the desert. The camp was beautiful, and the food was absolutely outstanding! They made sure we were okay for drinks and that we had had enough to eat multiple times. We loved the atmosphere and they even got us up with the entertainment and let us have a go at making their bread! Had so much fun! Thank you for everything!
