Passare per sentieri accessibili solo in jeep per avere accesso alle viste più esclusive, uniche, meravigliose e mozzafiato dell'isola di S.Miguel in compagnia di una guida locale certificata. Partendo da Ponta Delgada, andiamo verso il vulcano delle Sette Città, dove avremo diverse fermate, tra cui il Pico del Carvão dove potrete vedere il mare alle estremità nord e sud dell'isola. Successivamente, passeremo per un acquedotto datato del XlX secolo, potendo apprezzare la sua magnifica costruzione. Quindi iniziamo la nostra avventura su un sentiero di terra battuta che circonda la cima della caldaia dove potrebbe essere a 856m di altitudine. Qui potrete apprezzare la bellezza della caldaia vulcanica delle Sette Città e visitare la parrocchia situata tra queste.

Lasciata Ponta Delgada, ci dirigeremo verso il vulcano Sete cidades, dove faremo diverse soste, tra cui Pico do carvão, da cui potremo vedere il mare all'estremità settentrionale e meridionale dell'isola.

We had an amazing time exploring Sete Cidades. Our guide, João, was fantastic, super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. The 4x4 took us to breathtaking viewpoints we would have never seen on our own. Highly recommend!

Filipe was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and has a genuine love for the Azures that shows. We were so lucky to get a guide that grew upon the island, is incredibly intelligent and knows every beautiful spot to stop and all the great places to eat. Not only did he provide a spectacular tour, but he dropped us at a great dinner spot and filled us with lots of wonderful memories of the day. Highly recommend!
We had a great day with Andre. The island is beautiful. The jeep was alot of fun, luckily Andre is a great driver. Our cruise was delayed getting into port, and Filipe was so nice and accommodating to pick us up at a different time. I highly recommend this company and tour.
We had a fabulous full day tour with Filipe with Azores by Locals. He is a lifetime native and really gave us an excellent experience. We took the jeep ride along the rim of the craters of Sete Cidades and the hydrangeas were outstanding. We ate lunch at one of the popular local restaurants with their famous octopus. Also toured the pineapple farm and had delicious pineapple treats. Filipe even took pictures of us during the tour with his personal camera and sent them to us after the tour.

It was out arrival day and still jet lagged we had the afternoon tour with Filipe. Punctual, knowledgeable and holy great driver around the crazy crater road! Made day 1 a great experience.
Felipe was so knowledgeable of his island. He was switched on to our interests and needs for the excursion. He related stories and anecdotes of his experiences as well as historical and geological facts of the area without going overboard. He read the changing weather and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. Driving the rim of the volcanic lake on the narrow track, we always felt safe. We had a great day thanks to him.
