Mr. Jiménez was incredible—very insightful and professional. The ride was smooth, and he got us safely from the W to the airport. I would highly recommend this company. They were on time, transparent, and we didn’t have a single issue the entire experience.
I paid roundtrip service when I returned I was dropped off at a terminal that wasn't and had too many bags. And I asked before I got off and the driver said that was but he was eager to leave. I called and they said they thought I was in airport remodeling and they moved the airline but it wasn't true.
