Not a limo. Kids were sad. As they expected a limo. There was an suv but be-careful how you book... even with my checking and rechecking I got that news same day...
Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the term “limo” does not necessarily mean a stretch limousine. In our service, “limo” refers to a luxury vehicle. We apologize if you were expecting a stretch limousine at this price point, and we appreciate your understanding.
Excellent communication before arrival, and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend their service.

After an absolutely horrendous travel day that was completely outside of my control, I honestly wasn’t sure how the start of my trip would go. My flight was significantly delayed, which affected my original arrival time, but I kept the team updated through WhatsApp. They were incredibly understanding, tracked my flight, and reassured me that someone would still be there to collect me. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. My driver was punctual, friendly, and made me feel welcome immediately. During the drive, he shared his perspective on New York, pointing out places of interest and giving me a genuine local insight that made the journey even more enjoyable. After such a stressful and bumpy flight, that peaceful, private ride into the city was exactly what I needed. It was the perfect start to my time in New York City and allowed me to take everything in without the stress of navigating public transport or waiting for a taxi. The professionalism, communication, patience, and genuine consideration shown by this company were exceptional. They turned what could have been a frustrating start to my trip into a relaxing and memorable experience. I would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting New York who wants a reliable, private, and stress-free transfer. Thank you for making the beginning of my trip such a positive and welcoming experience!

Very courteous and professional drivers and staff. We used Express Limo as a corporate service to drive executives to and from the FIFA matches in NJ. Highly recommended company.
