I loved this small group tour. Our Guide Soma was extremely friendly, provided us snacks, and took care of my Mum who needed help at times. We were so fortunate to have her and this was a easy fun day!

It was not so good because we couldn’t understand our tour guide. We were the only English-speaking family in the tour. All others were Chinese. The guide could not express herself in English. She spent most of the time explaining the Asian tourists in their own language. Other than that, the German town that we visited was great.

We booked this trip through Viator, and our tour guide Duan was very nice, interactive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour. This tour is perfect if you want to enjoy the views without the hassle of renting a car and driving yourself around. I’d say this trip is a must if you have an extra day in Seattle and want to experience a different vibe. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We were not satisfied. The guide didn't interact much and didn't make any commentary as to the background of the places we went to. pretty much on our own and he just drove us there and back. our group also thought that the driver was sleepy to and from Leavenworth. so, most of the group passengers in the front stayed awake just so we are all safe.

It was good seeing the fall and the town. However the vehicle which we traveled in was very small, uncomfortable and unclean.
