Erin was great. Really explained the history of the coffee and Seattle. The coffee was for sure different from what we had have before so that was cool to experience and see other cultures. Highly recommend.
Loved learning about independent coffee shops in the area.. brewing processes, interesting flavors from a variety of small growers throughout the world.
Tod was fabulous! He was very knowledgeable and took us to great options for small local coffee businesses that value sustainability and community.
