Perché fare un tour del vino con un minivan pieno di sconosciuti quando puoi fare un tour privato con solo il tuo compagno e alcuni amici per il viaggio? (massimo 6 persone) Verrò a prenderti da qualsiasi parte della regione del Niagara in un'auto privata. Potrai scegliere 4 locali dal mio gruppo selezionato di cantine boutique e birrerie. Le mie sedi sono piccoli locali a conduzione familiare che non vendono tramite LCBO e offrono un'esperienza di degustazione superiore. Sono più di un semplice servizio navetta che ti porta da un punto all'altro con poche informazioni o contesto sulle tue esperienze. Con un piccolo gruppo posso interagire più facilmente con i miei ospiti mentre visitiamo la regione del vino. Non solo vino, aggiungo alcune visite turistiche, lo sfondo della regione vinicola e un po' di storia del Niagara. mi fermerò anche alle bancarelle di frutta e a un venditore di marmellate lungo la strada. Posso anche aggiungere alcuni degli extra che le aziende vinicole stanno ora aggiungendo, come taglieri di salumi, degustazioni alla cieca. vini premium, un ottimo posto per il pranzo e altre delizie. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the area. Downside is he gets annoyed if you want to talk with your partner and have a discussion which breaks his script. Don’t ask him to adjust his schedule. He lectured us for taking too long at one winery. We cut it short as we no longer felt comfortable with him. A better approach would have been, we have to adjust we have time for this or this now. We paid for a private tour which can go on our schedule, but turns out it had to go on his schedule or else.
Paul was fantastic. We let him pick the four wineries. It was a great variety of style and atmosphere, really showcasing the unique angle of the Niagara wine region. I would highly recommend this over a group tour, as you get to move around with more flexibility and not tightly scheduled. In addition Paul has a great relationship with the wineries and some extra special treats are treats are provided. Thanks again Paul.
Paul was extremely knowledgeable and a great guide. His personal attention was a nice change from other tours and he customized the day perfectly for us.
A total wine experience! We were so lucky to have Paul as our guide to Niagara wine country! He was very knowledgeable, informative and engaging in all aspects of our day. From the local history of Niagara on the Lake and the Niagara region to the history, and lineage of all of the many wineries and winemakers, he enriched our brains as well as our palates including a private little lesson about what makes a “good wine”. It’s all about the taste! :). We had guests from BC along with us who have travelled extensively to many world class wineries but had never experienced the wonderful wines of Niagara. I had asked Paul to lead us with his expertise to “impress the heck out of our guests” and he delivered! We also had my 83 year old mother with limited mobility along with us and he was very wonderfully patience and accommodating including retracing our steps to find my mother’s lost phone. Thank you Paul!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Cindy
Canned presentation Car had dog odor and dog hair We were told that part of our charges for your covered tastings, then he told us at end we owed him another $60.
The extra charge was not for tastings. it was for the large charcuterie platter which was explained to you as an extra that you ordered.
Very enjoyable and knowledgeable guide, Paul Redverse. He chose excellent wineries and shared his knowledge of the history of the wine region.
Paul is very knowledgeable, he gave a us a great, personalized experience. We let him make all the recommendations and it was just perfect. Would definitely recommend!
Paul provided a history of the Niagara region in addition to background on each of the vineyards he took us to.
My wife and I enjoyed the wine tasting tour. Even though I became sick halfway though the tour and had to cancel the remainder of the tour. Our guide Paul was understanding and accommodating for the tour.
Paul did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the area and we had a choice to pick from as far as wineries go. They did not disappoint and we had a wonderful time! Thank you Paul!
