Joel did a great job, I loved the history and quick facts he could tell us, it was a great tour and the weather was perfect
Be prepared to get wet and to do a lot of walking! All very well worth it. Our tour guide, Mark, was excellent!
Be prepared to walk. But it is so worth it. Diane was exceptionally knowledgeable. Her smile and customer service was amazing. Gino was so very enthusiastic it gave my granddaughters and I a very special experience Good luck to the new trainee (I think) Justin.
The Falls were excellent. Maid Of Mist beautiful. Cave of the winds was a sham. There were NO. caves. All you did was walk up and down steep wet stairs
Lol. This may be the first time in my 10 years someone hasnt liked the Cave of the Winds.
Greg was a great guide. He was patient with our 10 year olds questions, and had entertaining information to share about the Falls and area.
Nathan was our guide for this tour, very knowledgeable, professional and interacted with guests throughout answering all questions presented to him. Great experience with a great tour guide. Highly recommend for individuals, groups or families.
Greg was an excellent host and tour guide. Excellent in pace, volume in speech, and knowledgeable about the tour and surrounding areas. He gained my trust with his presence, organization, and leadership. I would suggest to the company to have a slotted time to buy beverages and food. We were famished by the end. Overall it was a terrific tour. I can say I have not only gone but have experienced Niagara Fallls.
Nate was a great tour guide. His info was very helpful.
Sam is an excellent tour guide! Niagara Falls is an amazing experience. Cave of the winds is a must.
Great activities to do for the day. I love the boat trip was a blast. There was overcrowding on our trip and the wait time to get on and off wasn't bad. We got so wet, so make sure you wear quick drying shoes. The second activity was disappointing. The museum was neat and informative, but the walk near the falls was crowded, hard to maneuver through, and people going in the wrong direction. Overall, we would do the trip again. Our guide, Joel, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learn some great trivia.
