Scooter subacqueo Scuba Doo a Punta Cana (mezza giornata)

The tour guys was very patient and thorough with the instructions. I felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the scuba doo under water activity.

I was super excited to go on this trip. Morning of the trip an hour and a half before pickup I got a text saying they were canceling it because of bad weather. However they did try to reschedule but we already had that day booked up and they offered a refund which is being processed so I mean not a horrible experience but I was super excited to go and to find out about 2 hours before kind of sucks.

A fun and amazing experience, snorkeling and experiencing all the fish instantly as soon as you get in the water. The scuba doo experience was a 10 out of 10. Great staff and an all around great experience

Had a blast!!! So friendly funny made the experience great! The glass boat to the mini dock was fun. Snorkeling and scuba bikes amazing.

When we booked the tour, it said it was 3 1/2 hours. We spent one hour doing activities. The glass bottom boat you could barely see through it. It’s all scratched up. We did get an opportunity to see dolphins that are locked in a pen, not out in the ocean. There’s snorkeling gear with an a soapy bucket not actually clean. Incomprehensible that the snorkeling equipment was not sanitized. The fans were broke on the glass bottom boat so it was very hot in the center. When there was an opportunity to see fish or the dolphins, our group was too large for everybody to fit up top. Boats did not seem to be properly maintained. Then when you came back from the short tour, you were expected to pay money to use the restroom.

It was a nice boat ride to the area. The only thing that wasn’t good was the fact we can’t move our own scooter. The tour guide is the person who moves the scooter for you other than that it was a great experience. The admission for the excursion was very reasonable. Being underwater the length of time could be a bit longer.

Our scuba diving experience was canceled due to weather, which is understandable. However, what is not acceptable is how the situation was handled afterward. The operator clearly told us to contact the booking agency for a refund, implying that a refund would be processed. When we reached out, we were later told that the refund was “not approved,” leaving us stuck in the middle with no accountability. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. As a customer, you rely on clear communication between the operator and the agency. Being told one thing on-site and then denied afterward shows a lack of coordination and transparency. If an activity is canceled due to weather (which is out of the customer’s control), there should be a clear and guaranteed refund policy. Instead, this turned into a frustrating experience with no resolution. Would not recommend booking through them unless you’re willing to risk losing your money with no proper support.

Me and cousin had a great time. Staff was friendly, communication was excellent and it was an awesome experience. I recommend bringing gum for ear pressure under water.

This was unorganized fun that lasted maybe 10 mins in the scuba doo gear. The staff was super friendly but unorganized and I was fighting mosquitoes on the trip there and back on the ride. I did not have time to look and enjoy when I was in the gear they were focusing on taking pictures and not even trying to get the fish or good pictures . I didn't get to see and enjoy the reef or the fish. I wouldn't do it again but it's an experience that I had done before and loved however this time I didn't really enjoy it as much. I did it in Hawaii and it was a different experience so if I had not done it before I might would've enjoyed it more.
