We only booked the Safari a week before going. Jungle Roam were able to accommodate this short notice and still give us the Safari tour we wanted. Our driver Jimmy was excellent , he was determined to ensure we got to see the Big 5 and the Wildebeest crossing of the Masai River. He was considerate to all of his passengers ensuring everyone got a great view positioning the jeep to capture the animals in the wild. Thankyou Jimmy for a memorable holiday .

Thanks to his deep knowledge and sharp instincts, we were able to spot the Big Five animals during our safari, which was a dream come true for us. He seemed to know exactly where to go and patiently guided us to the best locations for wildlife sightings. Every game drive was exciting because Kush always ensured we had the best possible views and enough time to enjoy the moment. We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Hell’s Gate National Park, and each destination was beautifully planned. Kush also shared interesting information about the animals, nature, and the parks, which made the experience even more meaningful. This trip was truly special because of Kush’s dedication, passion, and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. He made our safari memorable, enjoyable, and something we will cherish forever.

My experience was extraordinary not only for the safari but for the treatment received, professionalism and attention Safe payment, very responsible always on time Both the pick up from our hotel until the end of our safari all deal 💯🔝 I have to highlight the work of the driver and our guide Brian that in this case we hired ones for us only with Spanish speaking to feel more comfortable and understand everything and the truth was the best decision took care of us at all times and made our stay the Major I am even thinking of sending my mother and niece to do the safari with them but about do it with Brian that I know they will be in good hands Thank you so much for everything you have made my experience unforgettable 🫂❤️

I found it totally perfect, the accommodations were great, highlight especially bryan, bryan was our guide and Spanish translator, he is an incredible person, attentive, took great care of us and explained everything about this incredible country and its animals, I would definitely repeat and with this magnificent company, our driver and bryan that made us enjoy this trip at a level of 10

It was an amazing experience. Comunication with Jungleroam Safari was perfect. The safaris were amacing, specially for me Masai Mara Reserve was incredible. We saw big 5 thanks to our amacing driver Denis. He helped us a lot and explaining everything. Thanks to him we could see the leopard and cheeta like in a movie. I would really recomend this experience and congratulation to Denis for being such a good driver, guide and good person!
