Safari culturale di mezza giornata

Descrizione

They never picked us up at the hotel, never answered calls or texts, nor did they respond on the Viator platform. I hope they fully refund the cost of the tour.
Good morning. You are absolutely within your rights, but it was a family emergency, and the internet service in the area was down. However, I have already processed your refund.
The tour guide was nice and communicated well. It was a very informal tour with stops. There wasnt a formal demonstration of rolling cigar or the process. The city tour was very short.
We are sorry to hear that, but thank you for booking with us.
They never showed up and never called .
It’s wonderful to hear you had such an informative and authentic experience with Christian! Guided tours are truly the best way to get a deep dive into the local culture. Many visitors specifically highlight Christian for taking the extra time to share the history of the sites. graicas
Great experience, although we were not picked up in a safari van, we were perfectly fine with a regular van with AC. Every stop was great, friendly locals who welcome guests. Our guide Danilo was very knowledgeable and spoke several different languages. He even went out of his way and cooked a special dish for us. If you want to experience Punta Cana from a local point of view I highly recommend this trip.

I signed up for an English speaking tour. The group was 4 people, 2 Spanish speakers from USA, and 2 non-Spanish speakers (which includes me). The guide focused on the 2 ladies that spoke Spanish. He didn’t explain well when every time we made a stop, sometimes the stop was not tour related. We spent an excessive amount of time in one small gift shop with little to choose from. The time spent was catered to the 2 older Spanish speaking ladies. I was excited to walk through open market to look and buy local foods — all we need was speed walk through the market area and walked out. zero time to look anything. Everything felt rushed except the one stupid gift shop and the horse ride.
Good afternoon. I understand your dissatisfaction, but you started the day in a bad mood; you were complaining about your hotel from the moment we picked you up. You carried that negative attitude over to the tour, which led you to complain about everything. If you look at my reviews, out of 54 comments, yours is the only negative one.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! I had an amazing excursion on Friday! I was picked up right on time at 7:30 AM, and the day was organized perfectly from start to finish. Our tour guide even stopped to get us breakfast, which included delicious empanadas and water to start the day. We then went horseback riding, which was a great experience, and learned about how tobacco is made, which was very interesting and informative. After that, we visited the church and got to learn more about the local culture and history. For lunch, we stopped at a fantastic restaurant that had so many delicious food options to choose from. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We ended the day at the beach. The beach was beautiful, although I wasn’t fully prepared for it, so I definitely recommend bringing beach essentials if you go! Overall, the excursion was well organized, fun, educational, and worth every penny. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great time. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic. 10/10!

The tour was ok, the guide Chris was knowledgeable but on the picture it advertised a large open air vehicle but we were picked up in a minivan! There were 6 adults squeezed in plus the driver & guide. We were super uncomfortable throughout the whole tour & unable to get good pictures due to being squeezed in!

Right from booking confirmation via email and then WhatsApp. It was a well organised day . Very punctual pick up from hotel and then first stop was at ranch for horse riding and then to cigar rolling Worksop where you could try hand rolling a cigar and also smoking it. Next stop was Basilica at Higüey followed by a visit to souvenir shop and walking trip to local produce market. We visited a local homestead for a very delicious lunch and also a walk to the nearby river. Also got to visit a traditional home where they grow their own produce. Christopher showed us how cocoa fruit gets turned to chocolate and all the other local products like coco butter. The day was rounded off by a visit to Macao beach. Most pristine beach with the bluest sea I have ever seen. This is a must do :)
