Our trip with Inca Soul was fantastic and incredibly smooth from the very beginning. Our guide, Fredy, was absolutely amazing and truly made the trip for us. His attentiveness started before we even hit the trail; he met with us the day before the tour to walk us through exactly what to expect, which was incredibly helpful. Every aspect of the tour was flawless. The transportation was comfortable, the hiking was spectacular, and the food was delicious. Fredy’s deep knowledge and passionate explanations of the history brought the entire region to life. The accommodation was also fantastic—we stayed at a great hotel that provided amazing meals at the restaurant they had set aside for us. The absolute highlight was Machu Picchu, which completely exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most, however, was how much Fredy cared. He was constantly checking in to see how everyone was feeling. He even went completely above and beyond to make sure my wife, kids, and I could access a portion of the site we had initially missed, ensuring we didn't leave without the complete experience. When booking tours for Machu Picchu, I came across this tour company and quickly got in contact with Fredy. He was extremely helpful and was able to create an itinerary that fit my groups budget and timeline! When we thought the Salkantay trek wouldn’t be possible, he made it possible for us. The accommodations with the package from the meals to beds was amazing and perfect for each day/night. They were extremely flexible and made sure our entire groups comfortability was accounted for! Our excursion lasted 5 days with 3 days of the salkantay trek, 1 day of Machu Picchu/Sacred Valley and 1 day of rainbow mountain with our same amazing and knowledgeable guide Paul! They were very kind to me before I joined. The previous day was also very good with a detailed explanation. Everything from the pick-up and drop-off on the day to the guide was good. It was easy to understand, especially thanks to my guide Valerio who spoke English slowly and carefully. The food they took me to was very good and very satisfying. The response was full of hospitality. He explained the ruins in an easy-to-understand photo. Maina Picchu and the train and bus arrangements were taken care of immediately.

We had an incredible experience with Fredy from Inca Soul Peru, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He organized a seamless two-day private tour for us that included the Sacred Valley, private transportation, and Machu Picchu—and honestly, I don’t know how we would have done it without him. The Machu Picchu logistics alone felt overwhelming at first. Between the different circuits, entry times, and coordinating everything with train schedules, it was confusing and a little intimidating. Fredy handled all of it flawlessly. Every detail was taken care of, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience. I was actually traveling solo when I first booked the trip, but along the way I met some friends who wanted to join.
