While we are glad to hear that you found the horseback ride itself pleasant, the personal interaction with our team is an important part of the experience as well. Every guest should feel welcomed and treated with courtesy and respect from the time they arrive until the time they leave. We are particularly concerned that you felt it necessary to change guides at the beginning of your ride and that your interaction with our team afterward left you feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. That is certainly not how we want someone to remember their time with us. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Your comments will be reviewed with our horseback riding management and staff so that we can better understand what occurred and address the concerns you have raised. Bryce Canyon and the surrounding country provide an incredible setting for a horseback adventure, but beautiful scenery alone is not enough. The hospitality and service our guests receive should be just as memorable. We sincerely regret that we did not provide that experience for you and your husband.
