Questo tour è di circa 5 miglia di distanza escursionistica totale ed è considerato un'escursione moderata che va su e giù per le colline. Dal sentiero, cammineremo attraverso Dry Fork Wash, camminerai lungo il torrente wash fino a vedere la bocca di Peek-a-Boo. Il canyon della fessura è famoso soprattutto per gli ultimi 100 metri, prima dell'incrocio con Dry Fork di Coyote Gulch - qui il burrone taglia più in profondità l'arenaria, con una serie di buche interconnesse, stravaganti vortici e pinne di roccia, e diversi archi; queste diverse aperture e i molti angoli e fessure spiegano il curioso nome di questo canyon. La parte escursionistica è di 5 miglia totali. 1,5 miglia da e per i canyon slot e circa 0,5 miglia in ogni canyon.
Largo solo 10 pollici in alcuni punti, Spooky ha un nome appropriato. È possibile percorrere quasi metà strada prima della prima delle due salite, quindi vai avanti e spingiti il più lontano possibile.

We had an incredible tour through Dry Fork, Peek-a-Boo, and Spooky Slot Canyons with Neal as our guide. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and made navigating the canyons feel safe and enjoyable from start to finish. As someone who grew up in the area, Neal was incredibly comfortable and confident on the trail, which made us feel comfortable as well. He was friendly, punctual, and always made sure we were doing okay, happily adjusting the pace to match our group. As an added bonus, he took us to a beautiful hoodoo garden that wasn't part of the main tour, which made the experience even more memorable. This was one of my top five favorite hikes, and Neal played a huge part in making it such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area, and if you have the opportunity, definitely request Neal as your guide!
Gary was amazing. Being toured by someone who was born and raised in the village and used these canyons as a playground when he was a kid added a lot of value to the experience.
Our guide, Gary, was fun and experienced. There were several sections where his advice on foot and hand placement made a huge difference. We had an amazing time with a group of 5.

We had a great experience on our guided hike through Peekaboo/Spooky canyon. Our guide, Gary, was truly exceptional. He guided us through every difficult area of the canyons including acting as a stepping stool and lowering us into some of the larger drops. We are in our 60's and in good shape, but we could not have finished this hike without his assistance. He knows the area like the back of his hand and was even kind enough to help some people who were lost or confused. Great experience, great day! Thanks for making our day so fun and worry free! Well worth it!

Our guide, Gary Pollock was amazing! Very smart and highly skilled. Spooky is no joke. It is quite challenging and he went above and beyond for us and several others that were struggling to get through the bottleneck there. He was entertaining ,very patient and encouraging. A 45 minute drive in an ATV out to the middle of nowhere. Walking through three different slot canyons, each with different challenges. We were new to hiking slot canyons and were very glad we went with a guide.
