The transfer shuttle was on time and staff was extremely professional. Would highly recommend you book this company, they made us feel welcomed and gave us a little bit of history of Dominican Republic. We will differently book them again on our next trip to Punta Cana.

The driver was able to meet us with minimal assistance from airport staff. The ride to our resort was efficient and smooth. We will use Viator again!
Trip not complete.. Days move over from 30 Nov to Dec 1, same time and ight number.. Depart 6 Dec instead of Dec 5.. same time
Good night just a little summary of my experience with Viator shuttle. As we step out the airport terminal I saw someone holding up a sign with my name on it. He was very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly he was on time He took us to a very spacious van and as soon as we sat down he handed each of us a bottle water. That was so thoughtful. Had a smooth ride to hotel. The day before departure I received a text reminding me of pick up on the next day. I highly recommend Viator shuttle because their service was impeccable. Will surely continue to travel with this company.
Yoan was our driver. Super friendly and accommodating I recommend this company 100% he was right on time pick up and drop off.
