Al KP Hole Park, entra in uno dei corsi d'acqua alimentati a sorgenti più limpidi della Florida e scegli un'avventura. Il parco si trova direttamente sul fiume Rainbow ed è un facile punto di lancio. Una volta in acqua, inizia la vera magia. Pagando a monte del fiume, i viaggiatori raggiungono Indian Creek in circa 20 minuti. We had an amazing experience on this kayaking tour! The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of skill level. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and we got to see wildlife and areas we never would have experienced on our own. The equipment was in great condition, and the entire tour was well organized from start to finish. It was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and learning about the local area. While scheduling and paying for a tour, and driving 40 minutes from my hotel, the tour operators did not show up. They did not respond to my 2 messages, both 15 minutes prior and at the time of the scheduled tour.
We are truly sorry that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the booking was not posted to our booking software, and Viator does not share customer information for us to get in touch. I hope that TripAdvisor(viator) can fix this issue with their system in the future.
