Excellent experience. Pablo did a great pre-ride orientation of the island and our e-bikes. The scenery and stops were wonderful.

A very beautiful experience away from the hustle and bustle of Quebec. The team is very welcoming, friendly, and gives very good advice on the itinerary and the stops to make. Reliable, comfortable, and quality equipment.

A must-do to visit the Île d'Orléans! The electric bike is really the best way to travel around the island without getting tired on the hills. The bikes are new, comfortable, and very well maintained. The team is super welcoming and takes the time to give a map with the most beautiful gourmet stops (chocolate shop, vineyards, local producers). 5-star experience, easy and so pleasant!

We used Uber from Québec Ville (no real public transport option), and rented eBikes for 4 hours. Very easy process, friendly staff, bikes that were well adapted to our needs (including a step-through bike). Not super-cheap, but even as seasoned urban cyclists, we totally recommend eBikes. The island is large and there are some seriously steep hills! The reason for docking a star off is that getting hold of Québec Adventure Tours when there is a problem (like a puncture, which we had) is not easy. 1) the phone number on their website leads to a clueless AI bot that hangs up on you. Use the number on Googlemaps. 2) even with the right number, it took 3 tries to get hold of them. When I finally did, a young chap came half an hour later with a replacement bike that allowed us to complete the trip, but it cost us an hour, which means most shops were closed (most at 16:00, which feels pretty crazy in peak summer season). To be fair, the rental place was pretty relaxed about us completing our itinerary, which made the experience better. We still recommend the trip. The scenery is great and the farm shops have fresh local produce.

Renting e-bikes and touring Ile D’Orleans was a true highlight on our recent holiday in Quebec City. I felt like a kid again, zipping along the gentle hills, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and laughing at inclines that might have made me cry on a regular bike. Great stops along the way for lunch and treats. Highly recommend!

Really a beautiful activity not to be missed on Île d'Orléans! The welcome was warm, the instructions were clear, and the team takes the time to answer questions and ensure that the clients are comfortable (especially since it was our first time with electric bikes). The itinerary was well explained and even though we could stroll at our leisure, our pace (self-guided tour) the signs for the "bikes" route on the roads were well marked. Really, Île d'Orléans is magnificent! Wow! An activity to do again (maybe next time the self-guided/apple season)!!

This company was super flexible with us in regard to the weather. We were thankful they let us move our tour to a different day since our original day/time was rainy. The tour itself was also amazing. The bikes were in top shape, and we received thoughtful instruction on how to use them, what route to take, and where to stop. My husband, two teenage daughters, and I think this day was one of the best activities we did in Quebec! We took a 1:00 tour and had a "progressive lunch" along the way, stopping for fruit, ice cream, poutine, wine, chocolate, etc. throughout the trip. We also spent a bit of time hiking at the retreat center. Tip: Either take a backpack to hold all the things you might (and should) buy along the way or set enough time to drive back to the spots you'd like to purchase from .

one of our favorite activities this trip! we had so much fun. It was a nice experience and I think this is the best way to see the area.

Awesome 4 hours of cycling. Great electric bikes. The tour operator was super attentive and made sure all the gear was perfect. Instructions on where to ride around the south end of the island and where to stop were spot on. Great 1/2 day
