The event was canceled by the agency the same time we should be picked up from the hotel. There shoul be a problem at the quad station. Was it? Or was there another problem. At the end we where left hangi'n on the hot sun in front of the hotel. Avaiting refund as promissed.
Although confirmed by E-Mail, the tour provider did not arrive at the hotel for the 8 AM pick up and as a result we missed the trip. I tried to contact too after waiting for 90 mins past the pick-up time, but did not get a response. They realised this later in the afternoon and contacted me directly to offer a different date and time, but due to other trips this was unfortunately one we had to miss. I did appreciate the offer to reschedule with the addition of extras at no additional cost, and understand that mistakes happen sometimes. But a collection is something that should be basic for a tour operation and due to this issue we missed out on the opportunity.
Thank for your hard work guys, powerful bikes and safe . we opted for an early tour to avoid the desert heat. our guides did their best and also allowed us to ride a camel for free. I definitely recommend to everyone.
