Transportation got us from the airport and to our hotel which was our intent. He communicated through WhatsApp effectively.
The guy told us he would be extra for round trip and we paid $50 extra but they did not come pick us up from resort said it would be an extra $50 on top of the $50 we already paid
Carlos was super hospitable and very polite! He communicated with me prior to arrival and was waiting for me as soon as I arrived.
Transportation shuttle to airport was prompt and the ride was smooth. The driver does not speak much English, but still made an effort to communicate with us to ensure our comfort.
The worst and most unpleasant experience, I hired the service for the hotel-airport transportation. Through the Get your guide site, and I spent a day trying to contact them by phone via WhatsApp, they never responded and the next day neither, I checked with get your guide and they didn't respond either, terrible experience I had to pay for a taxi and I almost missed the flight
This was a good option for getting from airport to hotel and back. They contact you as it gets close to pickup time. Cost was very resonable.
Great cost effective transport option. Taxis are much more expensive for the exact same service. Drivers don’t speak a lot of English, but that’s not important to me. The drivers were kind and had decent pre-pickup communication. Make sure to tip your driver!
Kelly and his crew guided us and got us in our transportation promptly and thru the maze of traffic to our resort timely.
Kitson was a great guide, and we had an absolute blast! It was very fun and I recommend you go! Bring cash so you can spend/buy as you please.
