In 4 anni di attività nel mio pasta shop ho ricevuto molte nomination: nella prestigiosa guida "Gambero Rosso" dal 2017 e come migliore tra 10 pastifici a Roma. In Italia il "pastificio" è un posto dove si produce pasta fresca e si vende a coloro che vogliono cucinarla a casa. Mi sono ispirato alla pasta che mia nonna preparava in cucina quando ero bambino. Era una pasta davvero speciale e oggi ho realizzato il mio sogno perché sono orgoglioso di insegnare, proprio all'interno del mio "pastificio", il vecchio metodo italiano per fare la pasta a centinaia di persone che vogliono imparare a mangiare pasta sana secondo la vera tradizione italiana trasmettendo così tutto l'amore e la passione della mia famiglia. Oggi dedico tutto me stesso all'organizzare cooking class di grande valore per insegnare a fare pasta fresca artigianale in un modo semplice ed efficace, riuscendo cosi a realizzare a casa propria, tutte le ricette della lezione.

What a terrific evening in Rome- great way to learn pasta making by a true professional and have fun along the way. No expertise needed- so great for families with teenagers. Chef Angelo is so charming & kind- and he totally knows his pasta! Loved our experience- will recommend to all our friends!
It was a lot of fun. My wife and I really enjoyed it. It was educational and the atmosphere was good.
Phenomenal time with Angelo. We attended the class with our two teenage boys, 17 & 15, and they said it was the best part of our trip to Italy. Angelo did an amazing job explaining everything and made it fun at the same time. I am ready to cook homemade pasta at home. Grazie Angelo!
It was very informative ,hands on from scratch thru all the prossess. We had a lot of fun and learning
Its was amazing we loved it so much we learn so much from it as well and we gona try it on our own and let every one know how good it was and tell tham to go as well

excellent and exciting. I was skeptical if i can learn anything new l, but I did indeed. The chef is very knowledgeable, and explaiins everything.. Observes you while working and corrects the technique . A must do in Rome
