We were able to customise our tour for our kids. Pictures at the petronas tower, Batu Caves, SkyLuge Park, Merdeka Square, Central Market. Rajan, our driver, was great.

The booking went very smoothly. The driver Rajan picked us up on time. He drove the tour exactly as we requested.

Hired a Nissan X-Trail for a couple of weeks. Car had air-con problems, kept packing in after an hour or so. Contacted Europcar and they sent a couple of lads that evening from KL to Tanjung Jara. Swapped car which was better but still had inferior air-con. I researche the Nissan X-Trail and it seems this is a known problem that has been going on for years. This car is only suitable for Alaska! I will not hire a Nissan in future as they don't seem to care. Problem was nothing to do with Europcar - their service was excellent.

Really wonderful time with our guide Aris, who took the time to make sure we got to do the things we wanted to see - and provided a lot of information about them also! He even took some lovely pictures of us, which was incredibly kind.

I had a wonderful day exploring some attractions in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur. My driver was Ruben Raj, a very pleasant person. He made sure that I could see all the places that I planned. First we went to Klang River Bridge from where you can get the best views of the River of Life and the Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque. Shortly after I arrived at 10:00, the Jamek Mosque was engulfed with thick steam being poured along tha River of Life. This was as spectacular as you can imagine. From there I went to the Jamek Mosque, one the most beautiful mosques in KL. Afterwards we went to the Federal Territory Mosque, the Thai Buddhist Chetawan Pagoda, and the Blue Domed Mosque of Shah Alam.

Good and relaxed day exploring KL off the beaten track. Harry, the guide, was nice and fun to be with.

Our day with our driver in KL was WONDERFUL! He was great!! He gets 5 stars! However. Aviator as a company gets 2 stars. There was almost no communication with the driver and his company. Two times, Aviator let me know that there was an extra charge due to the distance. Twice I told them to charge it. It was acceptable. However, when we met the driver, he told us that more money was due. We told him that Aviator had permission to charge it. The driver put me through to his boss. It appears that he gave him permission to take us on our journey. However, at the end of our day, our driver was told to collect the extra money due in cash!!! We barely had enough cash to pay it. That meant that our good driver did not get a tip. We will be looking at our credit card bills to make sure that we were not charged multiple times. Also, the driver was supposedly told to have a sign for us to recognize at the port terminal. That didn't happen. We had to search around. If Aviator is going to be an organization--they better get organized!!

Not a good experience- driver did not have name sign, car uncomfortable and had music rather loud. He was unprofessional- Acted like he didn’t know where to take us. Walked us to Batu Caves and Mosque which was nice but sat in car for Petronas Towers- and we got lost trying to reach him afterward. It was confusing. Another guide from Viator with a different company was with his people. Our guide told us Petronas would take 4 hours - we said no and agreed on 2 hrs which was way more than enough time. No waters given out throughout the day. The kicker was the company charged us 60.00 USD more to take us to the airport (which he did tell me about) but when I realized it was the same distance as the ship- I truly felt like I was ripped off. I would not recommend this agency.
