Flight was delayed and customs took over 90 minutes. Driver left without warning leaving us stranded at airport.
Dear Customer, After monitoring your flight, we adjusted the pickup time accordingly. Just 15 minutes after you landed, our driver sent you a message—which was left unread—informing you that we were waiting at the designated Limo Service pickup area. After 1 hour and 45 minutes with no contact from you, we had exceeded all limits. Please note that our standard complimentary wait time is 60 minutes after landing; we actually waited for over 90 minutes. Without any reply or communication from your end, we were fully authorized to leave the airport, especially as our parking permit was expiring and remaining any longer would have resulted in a fine. We cannot be expected to wait at the airport indefinitely with zero communication from the passenger. Best regards, Alessandro & Team

Emanuele picked us up from FCO and brought us to our hotel in Rome. He was great at communicating, helped us with our bags, and even gave us a lot of nice facts about Rome on our way in. I would 100% recommend him for your next drive in Italy!

Driver was on time. However, I requested as per the booking suggested water and coca cola. Neither were provided. The driver stopped for gas less than 30 mins into our drive. He also was on the phone having a conversation most of the drive.

Second, regarding the phone call, our drivers use hands-free wireless earpieces, which is fully compliant with the law and necessary to stay updated on traffic conditions and logistics without ever taking their eyes off the road. Lastly, regarding the fuel stop, ensuring the vehicle has enough fuel is a fundamental safety measure to avoid any risk of being stranded. Given the current volatile fuel prices, our drivers are authorized to make a quick stop if they encounter an economical gas station along the route, provided it falls within the allowed time frames and does not significantly impact your arrival time. Placed the order request, got a confirmation quickly. Received a message on the morning of pick up that a driver had been assigned our trip. They turned up 15 minutes early. A good driver who was friendly - highly recommended
