We are very glad we chose the private tour. Sarah our guide was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions, We learned many historical details we were unaware of. Sarah helped navigate us back to our hotel, and took very good care of us.
Karen, Thank you for this great review and recommendation. Radius Tours
The tour was wonderful. We covered so much of the city we wanted to see. Highly recommend ! Our tour guide Anushka was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable about the history of Munich.
Jill, thanks for the 5 star review of your tour with Anushka and Radius Tours.
It was a fantastic tour of the significant sites in the centre of Munich. Steve our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge and insight into the history of the third reich and his ability to put it into context was fantastic. One of the best history tours I’ve ever done!
Rich, Thank you for this great review of the Thrid Reich Walking Tour and guide Steve. Best, Radius Tours
The guide appeared knowledgeable and provided interesting information throughout the tour. However, his voice was too low to hear clearly. When asked to speak louder by another person on tour, he said to move closer to him. I finally stopped trying to listen.
Julie, thank you for sharing your honest feedback on the tour you joined with us. We are sorry that the projected voice of our guide seemed not loud enough for the group you had been with. We will approach our guide about this to ensure that this will not happen again. Thank you very much for your understanding.
We completed the tour with Sam and he was awesome. Pace was great, Knowledge and flow of the tour was spot on. We had two tours with Sam and both were very informative.
Hi, thnak you for your good feedback on our tour and guide Sam :) Radius Tours
Steve was an exceptional guide. Knew his history and made the tour unforgettable. The only thing I would change would be to make the group smaller. Over 20 people is not private.
Jean, thank you very much for sharing your feedback on the tour. You had booked a group tour with us, not a private tour, maybe you have read the description incorrectly. The tour you booked comes in at 38€ a person, which is not a rate we would be charging for a private tour I am afraid, as much as we would love to!
The Third Reich Walking Tour in Munich with Iain is excellent — informative, respectful, and engaging. Iain’s deep knowledge and clear storytelling bring Munich’s dark history to life without feeling overwhelming. The walk covers key sites and offers valuable historical context throughout. It’s a fairly active tour with lots of walking and information, but it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Munich’s history.
Glad your tour with Iain was well worth it! Thanks for the 5 stars! Radius Tours.
Mark was very knowledgeable and patient with our slower walking and hundreds of questions. I learned a lot.
Thank you very much for your feedback, Lydia. We hope to welcome you back next time again too here at Radius Tours!
Iain was a wealth of knowledge and explained in detail the Third reich. He also went into detail about the Bavarian region and the history of Munich as a whole. Would highly recommend if you have a few spare hours.
Thanks for the 5 star recommendation of your tour with Iain, glad you found it awsome! Radius Tours.
Josh really made made this tour a very important insight into the history of the war and the tragedy it was. He took the time to explain the significance, and the tragedies that took place at specific areas. John
Thank you!
