La nostra escursione visita diversi belvedere al famoso mini Grand Canyon del Pacifico, il potente corno Spouting, il belvedere mozzafiato della valle di Kalalau (tempo permettendo) e l'affascinante città di Hanapepe. Godetevi le prelibatezze appena fatte in una panetteria locale (opzionale) e il pranzo di provenienza locale in montagna. Prenditi un giorno libero dalla guida e guarda Kauai attraverso gli occhi locali. Offriamo hotel gratuito (solo sud ed est), aeroporto e porto pick up e drop off. Itinerario
Questa bellissima valle verdeggiante è il perfetto preambolo del Waimea Canyon. È parzialmente di proprietà della famiglia Robinson ed è la casa di Jurassic Falls. Ci fermeremo qui per circa 5-10 minuti per scattare foto.
Tempo di fare un passo indietro nel tempo e visitare la storica città di Hanapepe, rivitalizzata dopo la seconda guerra mondiale e trasformata in un paradiso artistico. Qui potrete gustare alcuni dolci e bevande locali appena fatti, passeggiare sul ponte oscillante che attraversa il fiume Hanapepe, costruito nel 1912, visitare alcune gallerie d'arte e fare acquisti di souvenir e artigianato locale. Se amate Lilo e Stich, questa è la città che ha ispirato quel film. Hanapepe è una città autentica piena di fascino storico, diversa da qualsiasi altra su Kauai.
Il Waimea Canyon State Park è una delle meraviglie naturali di Kauai, conosciuta come il mini Grand Canyon del Pacifico. Ammira questo gioiello geologico da vari belvedere mentre saliamo sulla montagna a circa 3800' di elevazione. Scenderemo dal furgone in varie località per fantastiche riprese. Il belvedere principale del Canyon è chiuso per restauro fino a dicembre 2025. Si prega di sapere che il Canyon è lungo circa 15 miglia e largo 2 miglia, quindi si può ancora godere di una vista fenomenale da molti punti come si sale la strada Canyon. Maestosa bellezza al suo meglio!
Continueremo a salire la montagna oltre il Waimea Canyon State Park per esplorare l'alta foresta di Kokee. Tempo permettendo (Non garantito) vi meraviglierete del belvedere mozzafiato della valle di Kalalau, la valle più grande della famosa costa nepalese. Ci fermeremo per il pranzo al Kokee Lodge, originariamente costruito negli anni '30 come capanna di caccia. Il loro cibo è fatto con ingredienti coltivati localmente e sa di casa.
Ultimo ma non meno importante punto della nostra agenda, visiteremo il corno di Spouting a Poipu. Questa stupefacente bellezza naturale è il prodotto di un vulcano ormai spento; un foro di soffiaggio dell'acqua che può raggiungere altezze fino a 20 piedi. Sperimenta il potere della natura mentre l'acqua sgorga come un geyser. Uscendo da Poipu, attraverseremo il famoso tunnel degli alberi.

Absolutely the best. Driver was fun, knowledgeable, and safe.! The suv was clean and nice! We could not ask for a better day!!
Coco Maria was super fun and friendly. She has an awesome vibe and sense of humor, which made our day even more fantastic. We saw lots of great sights and had a full day of exploring. She had a few hidden treats up her sleeve and we really appreciated her knowledge and planning ahead that she had done. Highly recommend them!
We did a private tour today on Kauai. We had a great guide, Shasta, that gave us a great, fun tour and had amazing knowledge of the area. We went to the Spouting Horn, Hanapepe Valley Lookout and the small town, stopped at a little bakery to try their donuts. Waimea Canyon State Park, (they call it the little Grand Canyon) Koke’s State Park but the cloud cover was unfortunately too much to see anything, and after lunch we drove through where Jurassic Park and the first Indiana Jones were filmed. Great day with amazing views. We were able to customize the trip and Shasta was very accommodating in what we wanted to see. We would highly recommend Kauai Soul Travel and Shasta.

Shasta is very sweet, kind and funny. She took us patiently to all the scheduled stops, identified important spots to take photos and took nice photographs. She gave very interesting insights and detailed stories about Hawaii and Kauai’s history, people, language and its culture. She engaged the kids very well and took us to interesting places for snacks and lunch. We had a wonderful tour of Spouting Horn, multiple stops in Waimea Canyon, Hanapepe Town and a local bakery. The weather was beautiful! We enjoyed the trip a lot! We highly recommend this tour.

This was an amazing tour with an amazing tour guide! The tour is run by a small family owned tour company, and they were so attentive and communicative. I highly recommend using Kauai Soul Travel to see the island, get recommendations for things to do around the island, and to learn about the beautiful island of Kauai. The weather wasn’t great for seeing the canyon, but adaptions were made to the schedule to get the most out of our time.

Traveling with 12 people was easy with Kauai Soul tour! Coco’s 7+ hour tour of Kauai was one of the highlights of our trip to the Islands! Her communications to our group setting up and paying for the tour was excellent! She picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal in her comfortable passenger van and led us on a journey around south and west Kauai which included Poipu, Kauai coffee, the amazing Waimea Canyon and Hanapepe. We snagged a shared tour because private was no longer available. Coco does not pack her vehicles to the max, she keeps her clients comfy! So we had no issues sharing the day with a multigenerational family. Coco is a beautiful storyteller and rich with knowledge of Kauai. Her positivity and wit were a nice addition to our day. From the Waimea Canyon to the swinging bridge, the tunnel of trees and beyond to little local spots, we had a lovely day! Worth every penny and more!
