Questa eccellente esperienza inizia visitando i principali monumenti della città come la collina di La Popa. Il punto più alto della città dove si trova un convento risalente all'inizio del XVII secolo. dopo visitiamo la Fortezza di San Felipe DE Barajas che è considerata la più importante fortificazione militare del Sud America. Poi il tour si dirige verso la città murata e il quartiere bohémien Getsemaní. prima una sosta per lo shopping nell'ultima fortificazione costruita chiamata "Las Bovedas", dopo facciamo un tour a piedi, visitando le diverse piazze della città (Piazza San Domingo, Piazza Bolivar, Piazza Los Coches, Piazza Aduana, Torre dell'Orologio, Piazza San Pedro) e ammirando le vecchie case coloniali piene di storia e leggenda. Alla fine facciamo un tour nella parte moderna di Cartagena (Bocagrande, Laguito e Castillogrande).

Luis and Trefone were an amazing duo! Luis was extremely knowledgeable and Trefone easily navigated traffic. They were both kind and attentive and made sure we were able to see everything included in the tour itinerary even after our cruise ship was delayed getting into port. Scion Tours responded quickly and were understanding of the situation when I messaged them the morning of our tour to let them know that we would be late for pickup. I would highly recommend this tour for a port day!
Excellent…fun time. We took the boat out to tge reefs and spent a good amount of time snorkeling. Throughly enjoyed the experience
Nico was a phenomenal tour guide. He knew everything about Cartagena. Got to see all the main sights, some on foot and some from the nicely air conditioned car. Don’t forget your sunscreen and water!
My friend booked a private tour with J.J. following a food tour when our cruise ship was in port. J.J. arranged a time and place to meet us, and he was there early. We had some time constraints, and he worked with those. He took us on a walking tour which we enjoyed, and drove us through other areas before taking us to a high area with a great view of the city. We very much enjoyed our brief stay in Cartagena and though J.J. was a great guide. Highly recommend.
