Everything was great, tour guide julia was great very friendly and informative. Bus drive handled everything good.

It is definitely worth having a driver from Athens, and the day is structured very well. The rest stop on the way up had delicious pastries and it was fun to see a bit of the countryside on the way to Delphi. The historical site was interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable, plus it was nice to have a few minutes to explore and grab pictures on our own after the guided portion. The walk at the site is steep and there are several slippery smoothed rocks, but is doable and the tour moves at a very manageable pace for those who might struggle. The stop in Arachova is GORGEOUS and the perfect place to stroll about - nearly every street is picturesque. We did not get lunch and packed small sandwiches for the ride home, but this was a stunning town to grab a gelato on a sunny day. Especially after walking/hiking a bit in the sun. Bring sunscreen and a hat!

Wear comfortable shoes, the walk around Delphi is uneven and a little steep in places. The meal was ok. Nice stop off for loo break and refreshments. Our tour guide was excellent (Jo) she was knowledgeable, funny, very approachable and professional.

We had Vangelis as a guide. He was attentive, extremely knowledgeable and interested in knowing about the group. He encouraged questions and shared the information with everyone. We could only see the highlights of the museum and the archeological site due to timing but, Vangelis was so good in his descriptions we never felt we missed too much. We got a really good overview and additional details about Delphi and he brought to life how the site would have looked in its prime. He clearly loved the topic and history in general.

Delphi is a must-see in Greece. While the statues and most of the structures are gone, the setting and remains are spectacular. Our guide, Kiki, was excellent and handled the disruptions of crowds, heavy rain, and a temporary closure of the archaeological site with grace, perseverance, and creativity. It all made for an exceptional experience!

We had a fantastic time during our Delphi tour. The guide had a lot of knowledge about greek history and mythology, and did handle things very well when a storm caused the site to close for a little while as we were about to go in. In the end we managed to visit the site with barely any people around due to the temporary closure and then we had plenty of time to walk through the charming little town Arachova. The views from Delphi are simply amazing, and the archaeological site is magnificient. Highly recommend!

Off the chart trip with fabulous historian Vangelis. He could show you all of Greece. He loves his country and combined this love with university classes in history/archaeology- maybe he is a secret Olympia god here to show us mortals Greece’s history. Hah hah. Thank you Vangelis!

The trip to Delphi was very good. Anastasia, our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable, and passionate about Greece and Greek ancient culture.

This was a full day out to Delphi but totally worth it. I would have liked longer in the museum and the site (only an hour in each) but Kiki did an excellent job showing us around and imparting so much information. Lunch was fun if not a little rushed in Aschova. Didn't need to shop and on reflection would have preferred more time at Delphi. Bus journey (3 hrs each way) in a comfortable ac bus with rest stops.

Elizabeth was an excellent guide. With a background in archeology, her knowledge and approach to sharing information was 💯. We didn't partake in the meal, as there were many lovely cafe options in beautiful Arachova, and we had a chance to wander around on our own. We went on a Sunday, and were so glad we did, as there was little traffic on the normally busy Athens roads, which meant we got back before 6.30pm. Also loved that there was a central meeting place, and no lengthy hotel pickups. Highly recommended this tour.
