Questa esperienza unica va oltre la semplice degustazione di delizioso sushi: è una rara occasione per capire le tecniche, le tradizioni e la filosofia di Edomae Sushi in un vero bancone di sushi a Kanda, creato da un negozio di sushi amato localmente. Interagirai direttamente con uno chef di sushi professionista mentre sarai guidato in inglese attraverso l'evoluzione del sushi. L'esperienza prevede una degustazione di 14 pezzi di sushi pregiato, tra cui un confronto tra vari tagli di tonno. Mentre mangi, esplorerai: – Tecniche come la cottura a fuoco lento, la scottatura, la marinatura e l’avvolgimento – Come la preparazione del riso cambia sapore – Un confronto di degustazione tra ingredienti standard e premium – Strumenti usati dai sushi chef – Il gusto e l’aroma del vero wasabi Passerai anche dietro il bancone, sperimenterai lo spazio di lavoro dello chef e scatterai foto commemorative. One of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The sushi was exceptional, and the chef and staffs made the experience truly special with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. We especially enjoyed learning about the ingredients, techniques, and stories behind each course. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the experience was. While the adults enjoyed the omakase, our daughter had her own meal and activities, which made the evening enjoyable for everyone. It felt like much more than a meal, it was a memorable cultural experience that our family will always cherish.

This is a truly unique omakase experience for those wishing to not only have excellent sushi, but learn more about it. I went with my 16 year old daughter and it wasn’t as intimidating as some other places but still retained the authentic omakase expedite. I truly have a greater understanding for the art and culture behind sushi. Highly recommend!

My family visited Reona Sushi a few weeks ago. We were fortunate to be the only guests for the whole experience thus we received unparalleled attention to our numerous questions. Undoubtedly, you will learn the history or sushi, important cultural aspects that Japan places on the industry and oversll dining etiquette. I highly recommend Reona….and the picture with the Itamae.

We had a really enjoyable evening and it was a great honour to have our food prepared by a sushi master.,Even more special was the fact that the two of got to enjoy the experience on our own. The food was delicious. I was taken out of my comfort zone slightly having to experiment eating sea urchin & eel, but I can honestly say that all 16 dishes were delicious. Having the history behind the sushi art made the evening informative & more personalised. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & we we also enjoyed the Saki wine flight too.

A new experience you will not forget. We ultimately chose this restaurant because it was family friendly. Parents got to enjoy wonderful food and conversation and learn so much about Edomae sushi while children enjoyed playing with lego and eating their own lunch within our sight. A date night on a family trip! Staff was very kind to the children and they loved their meals too. Meal accommodated for shrimp allergy. I enjoyed understanding the history of the food I was eating and asking the chef questions. Service was exceptional. My favorite part of the trip to Japan.
