Scheduled an airport transfer for a group of 7 and it could not have gone smoother. Communication with the provider was great — I was contacted the day before to confirm time/location, and then was given the driver’s name and car description. Our driver Habib was friendly and eager to assist with luggage. I would not hesitate to book again!

This transfer was so easy! We booked on Viator who messaged me the contact information including the license plate info of the driver. I messaged the driver thru Whatsapp and they sent me a video of the cruise terminal and which way to exit to meet. Okan was very polite and assisted us with our bags. We would definitely use this service again.
Getting out of the port was a little chaotic, taxis everywhere and traffic was crazy. We came out a little late after long waiting on elevators but it took some time for our driver to get to us. He was very patient and stayed in communication at all times so we could find each other. He is also a pro at navigating the small streets on the way to our hotel! Thank you for all your care, Aslan!
I was contacted by the driver due to the fact we disembarked earlier than expected; thus, we were picked up earlier than the confirmed time! This was very considerate! We didn't have to wait in the hustle bustle! We also appreciated being sent a video of exactly where we were supposed to meet our driver. Thank you!
