• Il viaggio affascinante di Poon Hill inizia con l'arrivo a Kathmandu. Kathmandu è la capitale del bellissimo paese del Nepal, e l'unica città con un aeroporto internazionale, all'arrivo, sarete trasferiti nei locali dell'hotel. • Oggi raggiungiamo il punto di partenza del trekking a Ghandruk. Partiamo la mattina presto e voliamo a Pokhara. Da Pokhara, è a 2 ore di macchina da Bhirethanti. Una volta arrivati, camminiamo lungo il fiume per 10 minuti e saliamo sul villaggio principale attraverso il ModiKhola a Birethanti. Da qui la traccia di destra è da prendere. Da qui una jeep ti porterà a Ghandruk dove passerai la notte. Ghandruk è un insediamento Gurung, noto per le sue persone calde e accoglienti. 30 minuti di volo per Pokhara. 2 ore di auto da Nayapul. 2 ore di auto a Ghandruk. BLD incluso.
• Iniziamo il trekking oggi e attraversiamo meravigliosi pascoli. Il sentiero scende e poi sale attraverso le foreste per arrivare in un piccolo villaggio. Da qui, la salita è costante mentre arriviamo a Banthanti. Banthathi si trova in una zona densamente boschiva, la migliore in primavera. Circa 5 ore di cammino. BLD incluso.
• Oggi raggiungiamo la base di Poon Hill a Ghorepani. Oggi è uno dei giorni più difficili da percorrere mentre attraversiamo diversi sentieri su e giù per raggiungere il villaggio di Ghorepani. Ghorepani è ben equipaggiato con un ufficio postale, una postazione sanitaria e le meravigliose viste sulla catena montuosa dell'Annapurna. La temperatura diventa più fredda e noterai un cambiamento di vegetazione tra le foreste di rododendri. Circa 6 ore di cammino. BLD incluso.
• Oggi segna il momento clou del trekking, visto che scaleremo oggi la collina dei Poon. Uno dei punti panoramici più affascinanti del mondo, Poon Hill offre il panorama mozzafiato della catena montuosa dell'Annapurna e delle sue cime innevate e innevate. Iniziamo il trekking i profili mattutini catturano il panorama del sole che sorge sopra le cime delle montagne in tutta la sua gloria.

Poon hill trek with my family

We completed the Poon Hill trek in Nepal with our family during our vacation, and the experience was excellent from begin to end. The agency’s arrangements were well Organized. Our guide, Milan, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the journey. He managed the trek efficiently while ensuring the safety and comfort of all family members. The sunrise view from Poon Hill was breathtaking panoramic view of mountain and truly memorable. We would confidently recommend this agency and guide Milan to anyone, especially families planning to trek in Nepal.

Joi, you’re the best of the best👍

Joi was my guide of the 6 day PoonHill trekking October 2023. I would highly, highly, recommend everyone to pair up with him. His company, his personality, reliability and the level of detailed care to me was superb, way above and beyond my expectation and description. Yes, I’d rate him 5+ out of 5!! Best treks

Ghan one of the most helpfull guide, he made my trek in nepal at ease and i surely recomend him to everyone who is interested to go on treks in the annapurna region . I did poonhill along with ABC in 9 days and i am for sure to come back for more expeditions. Thank you ghan ! 🙂

A very professional agency in all aspects, the guide Shailesh is a very prepared person, knowledgeable of the area and super attentive. The accommodation in themal hostel highly recommended both location and cleaning and attention, just say that highly recommended.

Poon Hill Trecking

I had an amazing experience in the Poon Hill Trecking, my guide Shailesh make me feel like at home and take care about every single detail. Also the manager from Thamel Hostel help me with the preparataion of the trecking and with all the permits needed. I will recommended to everybody that want to enjoy the nature and the mountains of Nepal.

After staying at the Thamel Hostel in Kathmandu we had the opportunity to organize our trek in the beautiful Annapurna Conservation Area. The hotel manager helped us buying a bus ticket to Pokhara and put us in contact with our guide, Santosh. We met him the morning after, when he picked us up at our hotel in Pokhara and brought us at the beginning of our hike. The 4 days were extremely nice. Santosh was a perfect guide, funny, caring, answering to all of our questions on the road but also giving us time to explore by ourselves. We really recommend him as a guide to anybody who wants to make a safe trek. Eva and Alison from Italy

First great experience!

We spent the last 5 days with Ganesh, amazing landscapes (a lot of snow, which makes the landscapes so beautiful), amazing first trekking experience and amazing guide! I definitely recommend it !
