The shopping mall underneath the edge is worth spending a few hours in either before or after the Edge experience. Lots of good eateries too. I had Sushi. Once up on the 104st floor it's amazing. The views are spectacular. I plucked up courage to lie down on the glass walkway and had my photo taken. Once you've taken all your photos etc there is nothing in my opinion to keep you there. Maybe some new attractions need to be added.
It was a great experience. Everything was neat or organized. I love the photo ops and the edge was a wonderful way to see the city.
For incredible views over New York city you have to spend up and go up to this open 'shelf' 100 floors up above Hudsons Yard. Also a cafe/restaurant if you want it and a glass floor to frighten the few. Several rather strange light gallery experiences as well to make it even more interesting. Not cheap but definitely should be done.

Our family of seven ranged in ages 18-66. Each and every one of us enjoyed our visit here. You begin with the fourth floor immersive experience, with beautiful shapes and vivid colors. There are thousands of Manhattan high rises below. Your safe view over the edge, with a secure glass surround, is extraordinary. There is even a part of the floor that is see-through glass. We had overcast skies, and our sunset was not what we hoped for, but this was incredible never-the-less. There is an accessible 5th floor, (no ticket needed) where there is a bar/lounge area. Techno-style music is playing throughout your visit. I’m 64, so not too loud

Not allowed onto deck and visit doesn’t give us any happy feel. Wasted 250$ money by visiting this place

If it storms take the refund. Once you got to the top floor we could not go outside due to a storm. They stated there is so much to see so we took that option as we traveled over 12 hours to spend the weekend in New York and this was on the bucket list. But once you for in the room there was so many people you could not get Ben find a spot to look outside without someone pushing on you. Just very chaotic.
The Manhattan Bridge is really worth a visit on foot to realize the grandeur of the structure. You feel tiny next to it. This bridge supports cars, the subway, pedestrians, which shows the immensity and the solidity of the structure. Next to it, the Brooklyn Bridge seems almost small. 2 very different but magnificent styles. Free to walk across.
