Sono nativo di Cracovia. Per tre ore, faremo i pierogi a mano, come mi ha insegnato mia mamma. Poi sedetevi a zuppa tradizionale, il nostro pierogi + torta fatta in casa, e buone storie, con la storia e l'arte di Cracovia lungo la strada. Per quindici anni ho cucinato per le persone che amo. Otto anni fa, ho iniziato ad aprire la mia casa a ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo, ed è diventata una vera gioia. Come krakowiano nato posso condividere storie sulla storia della città, soprattutto quando si tratta di arte e architettura, un'altra mia passione. I pierogi saranno realizzati seguendo ricette autentiche tramandate da generazioni nella mia famiglia. La mia casa si trova proprio sulla Wisła, dove vivono gli abitanti del posto, a circa 15 minuti in taxi o 20 minuti in bicicletta lungo il fiume dalla Città Vecchia. I principianti totali sono più che benvenuti e i cuochi sicuri imparano ancora la tecnica adeguata. Riguarda l'esperienza e le chiacchiere, non la perfezione. Nessuno esce dalla mia cucina affamato, o come straniero.

Very welcoming and wholesome experience. Went into this as someone who is normally quite shy, but immediately felt at easy. Hanna is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Me and my partner had a very pleasant experience. Afterwards we walked slowly back to the town centre which took about 1.5h which was very scenic and beautiful and gave us a chance to burn off all the beautiful food we ate. Thank you Hanna
Hanna was so much fun! Her pierogi are the absolute best we had in Poland! It was a great experience to be in her own home in a small group. Hanna’s house is lovely with a beautiful view of the forest from her kitchen. Oh, and the soup! To die for! Thank you Hanna for giving us an experience we’ll never forget.

I spend a wonderful afternoon. Was really fun to learn to make these delicious typical polish treats. The fact that the host is a real polish girl with generations of home cooking makes it really interesting. She can tell so many stories that give you a glimpse of how polish people live and think. We didn't really know the concept, we must admit we didn't really know what it would be like, but it was really cool, and the time went by super fast! Hanna is a super attentive person, she is also very cultured, she really knows a lot of things about her city, but also about art and history in general, we had a good chat.

We attended a workshop with my friends, and it was such a great experience cooking together 🙌. We made two types of pierogi. Hania guided us step-by-step and shared some of her tricks and secrets . In the end, we had a wonderful dinner enjoying everything we made, with traditional beetroot soup and a homemade cheesecake for dessert.

Such an intimate and warm experience. I went with my family to Hanna's cooking class. She is a very genuine talkative person, we had the nicest conversations about her heritage and the differences between our cultures. She is patient during the process and gave us tips to make the perfect little pierogi. She made us beetroot soup to put in our pierogi (the holiday version) and after we ate our pierogi, we had a nice cake to finish the meal. Recommend to anyone wanting to have a genuine polish experience with someone that has great knowledge about Polish history.
