Il nostro tour inizia con il trasporto da Cracovia, dal tuo hotel specificato o da un punto di incontro a tua scelta. Il Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau si trova a Oswiecim, a circa 1 ora e 15 minuti (65 km). Tutti i nostri autisti sono in possesso delle certificazioni UE necessarie per il trasporto passeggeri. Un amichevole Leader di gruppo parlante Inglese sarà disponibile ad assistervi ogni volta che sarà necessario. All'arrivo a Oswiecim, farai una breve pausa per prendere un caffè o esplorare le mostre all'aperto. Successivamente, ti verrà presentata una Guida locale professionale, autorizzata dal Museo di Auschwitz-Birkenau.
Inizia il tuo tour varcando la porta di Auschwitz I, il primo campo, inizialmente istituito come campo di concentramento per i cittadini polacchi arrestati dopo che la Germania ha annesso il paese nel 1939. Passerai sotto il famigerato cartello "Arbeit Macht Frei" (Il lavoro ti rende libero). Questa parte del tour dura in genere due ore, durante le quali userai una cuffia per ascoltare chiaramente la tua Guida. Il numero dei gruppi è limitato a 30 persone, come da regolamento del Museo, garantendo un'esperienza confortevole e accessibile a tutti i partecipanti. Esplora le originali caserme in legno, le mura fortificate, le recinzioni di filo spinato, le camere a gas e i crematori, che insieme lasciano un'Impression inquietante e consentono ai visitatori di cogliere l'immensa portata dell'Olocausto.
Dopo aver visitato il primo campo, avrai una breve pausa di massimo 15 minuti. Successivamente, vi porteremo alla seconda parte del tour: Birkenau (Auschwitz II), situato a soli 3 minuti di distanza. Birkenau, il campo più grande, fu costruito e gestito con il solo scopo di rendere l'Europa "Judenrein" (libera dagli ebrei). La tua Guida continuerà la potente narrazione a Birkenau, situato nel villaggio di Brzezinka. Costruito nel 1941 agli ordini del comandante delle SS Heinrich Himmler, il campo poteva contenere circa 90.000 prigionieri. Ascolterai strazianti resoconti delle brutali condizioni di vita, del crudele processo di selezione e degli esperimenti medici pseudoscientifici condotti da medici nazisti, tra cui Josef Mengele.
Alla fine del tour, non avrai fretta. Avrete una breve pausa per riposare semplicemente. Dopo un'altra ora e 15 minuti di viaggio, sarete portati a un indirizzo designato a Cracovia.

Kris, our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He shared all the essential and important information in a clear and engaging way, and it was obvious that he has a deep understanding of the history of Auschwitz and Birkenau. We learned a great deal and truly appreciated his expertise. We are very satisfied with the tour and highly recommend him.
A memorial trip for us all to experience and never forget the horrors of which took place here Pick up was excellent as was our driver Maciek he was extremely helpful to us all
Tour guide was great , however the tour was very rushed so many people there and we had to keep moving no time to look or reflect . Also pick up was confusing there were so many buses . Last thing our tour pick up was changed from 7 am to 515 am ! We weren’t too happy about that otherwise it was a good tour . Birkenau was better not so rushed and you really got a good feel of the place

Our driver Lukasz was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the tour and gave clear information about what the day would involve. Our guide, Michael was also extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very memorable. He explained in detail what happened in each area and was respectful at all times. Would highly recommend this tour!!
This is a very difficult tour due to the horrors that occurred there. However, Michal managed the visit with utmost respect and the dignity it deserves. During the drive, Michal provided historical information and shared a documentary about the human conditions at the two camps. Once at the camp, the internal guide was extremely thorough as he walked us through the camps. His knowledge and the respectful manner in which he explained each of the blocks, the crematorium the abhorrent treatment of Jews and other persecuted groups was outstanding. Overall, a very challenging visit but necessary so we can all remember how to protect and respect the sanctity of all humans.
All went smoothly, good communication from the krakow direct team. Could be useful to know to take lunch as no time to stop. Not the guides fault, but you are herded through Auschwitz very quickly due to number of visitors so not much time to take things in and sometimes unable to see what the guide is referring to. Coach was very comfortable, but be aware that timing can change drastically so keep in mind if planning anything else in the day.
This was an excellent tour and great value for money. Our guide Kris was brilliant and provided a thoughtful commentary across the two sites. The bus trip is very comfortable and the journey through the Polish countryside very interesting. Highly recommended.
