Love to go up in these two world known towers.
Imposing towers symbol of the wealth and quality of oil lying underground in Malaysia. On the lower floors of the two towers there is the best in the world the best brands of clothing, watches, perfumes etc... produce and sponsored using an equally symbol of glitz and luxury and modern technology represented by these two towers.
Although I had purchased an e-ticket for this trip, it was not accepted. I was forced to pay for the entrance again, and I still haven’t been refunded by Tripadvisor. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and I don’t understand how this is possible. At the entrance, they simply told us that those e-tickets were not valid. Here attached the proof that I paid the tickets by myself.

This was by far the worst operator I've dealt with. Firstly, the "skip-the-line" option was non-existent — I was charged extra for a service that simply wasn't provided. Secondly, the KL Tower tickets were never sent, despite multiple attempts to contact them. There has been zero response. When I visited the Twin Towers, I realized they had significantly overcharged compared to official ticket prices. I strongly suspect many of the positive reviews are not genuine. This experience felt like a scam. I would strongly advise against booking anything with them.
It says skip the line but that’s not true. You will queue like the others even those who have not bought their tickets already. I wasted a whole 20 on the line.
Had a fantastic day and would encourage people to book in advance. The views were wonderful and the staff brilliant,photo opportunities good.

Please beware and don’t buy tickets from this operator. I ordered tickets; was in contact with them via WhatsApp. Tickets were meant to be delivered the morning of 930-1030. Contacted service provider 930 and waited to 1030 to let me know that my tickets are cancelled claiming there was an event. I went to Petronas Towers, tickets were sold out and no event. They are not helping with cancellation too. Please take them off TripAdvisor.
Worst ‘trip’ organisers I’ve ever encountered! My tickets simply did not arrive, and subsequently missed both experiences. I wasted hours of my holiday trying to track down my tickets, which were apparently sent to my WhatsApp though I never received them. Only good thing is….. I did get my money back.
Amazing views!! Well worth the visit! It’s very well organised, and the views from each area are amazing.
