Sono un nativo basco, innamorato del mio paese, cultura e gastronomia. E dopo aver lavorato con i viaggiatori 7 anni, nel 2015 ho iniziato a offrire esperienze artigiane, uniche e autentiche. Con l'obiettivo di offrire la possibilità di godere del sentimento e della vita, la vera essenza dei Paesi Baschi, fuori dal commercio e lontano dalle masse turistiche. E questa è la migliore esperienza che io abbia mai offerto riguardo al mangiare pintxos a San Sebastian e probabilmente la più pura che viene offerta in città. Se non mi credi, vieni a goderti la vera tradizione dei pintxos e del txikiteo, mentre passiamo da una taverna all'altra, assaporando diversi pintxos. E dopo aver completato l'esperienza, non sei soddisfatto. Ti restituirò l'importo pagato. Offro questa esperienza, per mostrarti come è la vera tradizione dei pintxos e del txikiteo. Poiché è già in pericolo di estinzione e ora la vecchia città di San Sebastian, è in procinto di diventare la terra Disney dei Pintxos.

Incredibly relaxed guidance, not in the foreground but arranged everything. Program was mix of mountain bike, sailing yacht, padel, beach volleyball, hiking and....going out.

Julen’s food tour of San Sebastian was the absolute highlight of our trip! Our whole family had so much fun exploring the city and learning about the unique history and culture, all while trying delicious new food and drinks. It was such a fabulous introduction to the region and an absolute joy to spend time with Julen who was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a lots of fun. Not only did Julen teach us about the region’s food and drinks, he had lots of great recommendations for our stay and made us feel like friends visiting, not just tourists. I cannot recommend his tours highly enough! Totally worth the splurge and a great way to get to know the surrounding area.
