Una volta diretto al Mr. Sancho's Beach Club, a 20 minuti in auto dal centro di Cozumel, verrai guidato all'interno del beach club alla tua Cabana. We had an incredible time at Mr. Sanchos! If you are looking for the perfect beach day, this is it. The location is absolutely excellent—breathtaking views and, best of all, the beach was pristine with zero sargassum during our visit. The standout of our day was definitely the service. Miguel and the entire wait staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the experience feel truly stress-free and luxurious. A few tips for future visitors: Book the Couples Beach Bed Package: We highly recommend upgrading to this. Having the private bed made our day, and the massage included in the package was fantastic. Get there early: If you want to secure the best spot, make sure to arrive early to snag your preferred loungers/beds. We couldn't have asked for a better day in Cozumel. We will definitely be back!
I was very excited to try this new restaurant with all the hype. What a disappointment. The food was mediocre. nothing came out hot. The service was really bad. not going to back.

Great experience from beginning to end . The massages were so soorhing. Having the day bed and your own waiter was perfect, the swim up bar was a time and unlimited food and drinks duhhhhhh !

The massage with Rosa was amazing. Our 2 servers (Checo and Kevin) were both attentive and quickly provided our food and drinks. Nice beach and pool. Nice breeze by the cabana. We had a great time. Good music, good food and strong drinks. I would return here again.

You are guaranteed a spot with shade all day. It includes all inclusive food and drinks. The only improvement will be rearranging tables for dinning away from obstructing the ocean view for the people staying in cabanas. Expect an influx of loud, drunk and inconsiderate cruise passengers. One woman was so drunk that she didn’t realize that one of her nipples was hanging out. Her friends were equally drunk as they did not even notice it!
This is probably the best thing we did during our cruise. I was a little nervous doing an excursion not through our ship but it was so easy. From the minute we arrived to them getting us into a taxi back to the port, service was top notch. We arrived at 830 and they took us to our cabana, gave us advice on getting loungers right by the water and got the drinks and food going. The spa rep came right over and suggested we do it early because it was going to be busy so we did that first and it was great. The swim up bar near the restrooms was where we spent a lot of time. Find Julio, he’s one of the best bartenders anywhere. We left and came back after an hour and even with all the people he was serving, he remembered our names and what we were drinking. Bathrooms were very clean. I’d recommend this package if you’d like to do a massage because it’s just about the same price as general admission and a 30 minute relaxing massage. But you also get the cabana and a great location. We barely sat on the day bed, there was just too much to see for us newbies. But I’d definitely come back here and book this package again. And booking it through Viator was easy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Ezee was our waiter and he was amazing. There were a lot of teenagers and 20-something's that had drank way too much there for a good bit of the day. So keep that in mind if that's a turn-off for you. We did the couples getaway that included a massage which was good. It's a very light pressure massage (Swedish or deep tissue is extra). The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good, not great, but it's all-inclusive so that is expected. Definitely more of just a beach day getaway. Not a romantic, quiet day at the beach.
