We had an absolutely amazing time at Paradise Beach in Cozumel! The water was absolutely breathtaking—so beautiful and crystal clear! The food was excellent, and the drinks were awesome. The pool was so relaxing, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day. Everything about our experience was wonderful, and we can’t wait to come back! Paradise Beach is definitely a must-visit when you’re in Cozumel!
The employees were super friendly and always available to supply what we needed. The all inclusive price and experience was outstanding.
Fabulous all the way around! Truly unlimited TASTY food and drinks. Truly all you can eat and drink (the mixed drinks were not skimped on the alcohol), friendly service from beginning to end, and very fast to get the food and drinks out each and every time. Our server was fabulous! The inflatables are very nice! They are sturdy, well inflated and so much fun! There are several to chose from and they will provide snorkeling equipment to snorkel in a little area they have with a few fish. Both times I have visited, though, the water was too rough to paddleboard which was very upsetting as I love paddleboarding and would have loved to do it on the clear water. The facility is very clean from the restrooms, grounds, pool! The atmosphere is very chill in some areas, fun in others, and the little shops in the front are nice. The pool is fabulous, too! We have been here two times and the same exact service each time, so very consistent on all fronts! Love it here! Very reasonably priced. I believe its around 60-70 per person. Best for families, couples.
My experience at Paradise Beach was great. The food and guest service is excellent. The beach area had beautiful sands and water. The pool area is nice with a good size pool and plenty of cabanas and lounging areas. The vibe was chill and laid back very relaxing day at Paradise Beach.

Great experience! Food and drinks was great! Love that it has a pool and beach side for large groups that wanted to do both. The inflatables are super fun for kids and adults
My family of 6, ranging from 54 to 10 went for the first time and had a ball. The beach and property were clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. The drinks flowed and we disnt notice any being watered down. 2 of the 4 adults napped in the cab on the way back to the ship so they got the job done. I would not hesitate to go back. Omar was the best!
Waste of money. NOT all inclusive. Expected to tip on what is ordered for the "all inclusive " price. Beach was rocky and full of sea weed. Pool was dirty with everyone tracking sand from the beach.

Our All-Inclusive package includes all you can eat and drink from our All-Inclusive menu, as well as access to our main facilities, including the beach, pool, changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Everything that is included is clearly outlined on our website before booking, so guests know exactly what to expect. Gratuity is completely optional and is simply presented as a suggested amount for guests who wish to recognize exceptional service. Unlike many cruise lines and resorts that automatically add a service charge or gratuity, we leave that decision entirely up to our guests. As for the beach, Cozumel’s shoreline is naturally rocky in some areas, but we have clearly marked sandy entry points, and our lifeguards are always happy to guide guests to the easiest access. Seaweed is a natural part of the marine environment and can vary from day to day depending on weather and ocean currents, and our team works hard every day to keep the shoreline as clean as possible. In fact, we’ve been enjoying spectacular ocean conditions lately, and many of our recent guests have commented on how beautiful and clear the water has been. Regarding the pool, because we’re a beachfront destination, it’s normal for some sand to be carried in by guests throughout the day. To help minimize this, we have foot wash stations at every entrance from the beach to the pool, and we ask all guests to rinse their feet before entering. In addition, our pool is cleaned and maintained daily to ensure it remains clean and enjoyable for everyone. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.
