My husband wallet was stolen. Later one of the people who was hosting the party bus contact me after 9 pm claiming his wallet was left at Hard Rock Cafe. How did Hard Rock Cafe know to contact the people who operate the party bus? Really sketchy! My husband got his wallet and his money stolen and social security card. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
We are sorry to see this review, but we must respectfully clarify several important facts, as the implication that our company or staff may have been connected to the loss of the wallet or its contents is completely unfounded. Members of this party arrived for the tour in a highly intoxicated state, which unfortunately caused several disruptions throughout the evening and affected the experience and logistics of the tour for other guests. Despite this, our staff remained professional, patient, and respectful while assisting them throughout the entire experience. Regarding the wallet, Hard Rock Cafe is one of the scheduled establishments visited during our tour, which is exactly why their staff knew how to contact us. The following day, Hard Rock Cafe personnel informed our team that a wallet had been found that appeared to belong to one of our guests. Since we were the tour operator who brought the group to the establishment, we were contacted so that we could reach the guest. Our team then contacted the customer as a courtesy, informed her that the wallet had been found, and explained exactly where it could be retrieved. The wallet was never in the possession of our company or our staff. The customer requested that we personally deliver the wallet to her hotel. We explained that it remained at Hard Rock Cafe and that the owner needed to retrieve it directly from the establishment, as the delivery of lost personal belongings is not part of our services. We cannot verify what the wallet contained before it was lost or what may have been missing when it was recovered. Therefore, suggesting a connection between our company and allegedly missing money or documents is both unsupported and unfair. We have retained documentation of our communications regarding the recovered wallet, as well as documentation concerning the circumstances surrounding this party during the tour. We understand how upsetting losing a personal belonging can be. However, in this situation, our team acted responsibly and in good faith by helping the guest locate an item that had been found by an independent establishment. We remain committed to providing a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Spectacular, the guide was very kind, kept to the schedule, took us to the 3 places mentioned in the itinerary, we were treated extremely well at the locations, they gave us the corresponding drinks, and the time was correct!!!

I enjoyed the bus ride, but the bars were not my style. The Captain was very entertaining. I enjoyed my family the most.
Great experience with Julio! We went to three different bars and ate dinner first. The music was amazing!

Everything was perfect!!! We loved everything. Everyone was very pleased and very happy. Honestly, my expectations were exceeded. We received much more; it was a very unique experience.
The host and hostess were awesome. Lively crew. The music and entertainment were great! Everyone was very friendly and polite.
They picked us up 45 minutes late, on the bus they gave us very loaded drinks and did not ask us how we wanted it At the first stop we stayed less than 30 minutes, we did not finish the meal and we had to leave. At the second stop there was a very good party, but we could hardly dance, because of the people and because the guide told us that we had to be careful with the men of the party because a tourist was sexually assaulted. At the last stop it was less than 60 min, we were told we were leaving and waited almost 15 min stops. The guide was friendly but a little intense in approaching tourists, we felt uncomfortable I would not recommend that this activity

That it’s a lot cheaper to take a taki or uber and just go to Hard Rick Cafe because Congo and Pat Patio are all right there. You definitely don’t want to go during the week, not much going on. Hard Rock Cafe was such a disappointment as well as there store with not a big selection of merchandise compared to most Hard Rock Cafe.
