Caro ospite: Desideriamo fornirvi importanti informazioni sul servizio di trasferimento all'aeroporto il giorno della partenza. Il nostro autista verrà a prendervi in hotel all'orario previsto. Vi chiediamo di essere pronti e di aver effettuato il check-out almeno 10 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro. Si prega di notare che l'autista può attendere un massimo di 15 minuti dopo l'orario concordato, dopodiché deve andarsene. L'orario di prelievo è stato consigliato con cura, tenendo conto della nostra esperienza con il traffico e i tempi di attesa in aeroporto. Se si desidera modificarlo, lo si può fare a proprio rischio e pericolo. Se desiderate cambiare l'orario di ritiro, vi preghiamo di informarci il prima possibile via e-mail, indicando il nuovo orario desiderato. La richiesta verrà elaborata nel più breve tempo possibile, ma la modifica non sarà valida fino a quando non riceverete la nostra conferma scritta. Per poter effettuare le modifiche, è indispensabile che ci informiate entro le 12:00 (mezzogiorno) del giorno precedente il servizio. I will book with STP every time I visit Cancun from now on. Communication was efficient and timely, we were greeted with a cool towel and hand sanitizer when we arrived at the airport. The vehicles were clean and spacious. On our way home, the driver arrived 15 minutes early and communicated that he was out front. Would definitely book again
This is the only way to travel too and from the airport in Mexico. Both trips were met with extremely fancy SUV’s with drivers that were fun, very polite and considerate

Our driver, Eric, texted me the day of pick-up confirming the pick-up time. He arrived 10 minutes early. We were greeted with hand sanitizer and towels. There was water and beer available for the ride. Eric’s English is very good and he is an excellent driver. Highly recommend using this private car service.

Excellent! Eduardo was our driver to and from the airport to our hotel and was wonderful. They provided cold towels and beverages, which was very nice upon arrival.

It was very kind, clean, nice service. Mr. Alonso is very good driver for us. Car was very good! I recommand use this service from Ariport to Hotel zone.

Driver arrived early and was ready for us by the time we arrived in the lobby. Ride was comfortable and were given waters for the ride. Trip to the airport took about 20 minutes.

Eduardo was excellent, we had young kids and made sure to drive cautiously. The cold towel was a nice touch when you land and it’s hot and humid. Cold water and beers were also appreciated!
