Parlami di Bruxelles! | Primo giorno da fare | Narratori locali

Descrizione

Adlin was an excellent guide, so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about his city. Definitely recommend this tour
We had a young tour guide whose name escapes me. I’m sorry. But he was informative, funny and took us to all the spots we needed to hit for a day trip. It was rainy but that did not stop us. And he had a built in bathroom break which many people appreciated. My husband and I would highly recommend. Be sure to come prepared with cash for tipping as this is how you pay for the tour. Although he may have had a QR code for payment as well.
Our guide, Tom, was not good. He was trying to be charismatic but came off as just plain odd. Used the f word multiple times, had very little historically relevant or interesting information to share and made several references to feeling that he’d failed his father. We participated in five guided tours during our European vacation and this was the only one in which several participants left during the course of the tour.
Guide was friendly & very informative.
I would highly recommend this tour! This was our second tour with Ambassadors and Tom was an excellent guide! He was informative, fun, and easy to understand. Great to learn about Brussels from a local! Great recommendations too!
Tom was outstanding! very knowledgeable and accommodating! he was nice, smart, and super orth the money! and excellent yse of your time and introduction to brussels and belgium!
Terrible experience. Met the guide at the meeting point and was told it was being postponed 30 mins when his colleague would arrive because we only had 5 people in the group. Nobody ever showed!
Apparently there were some no-shows, as the guide said he couldn’t proceed without a minimum number of six. Having waited 10 minutes, the guide called the tour off and asked us to come back in half an hour for a “guaranteed” departure. So I looked for the yellow umbrella half an hour later, but no one turned up. I couldn’t reach anyone on WhatsApp. It wasn’t an entirely wasted afternoon as I was able to join a 2-hour ADVENTOURS walking tour and that was great. I don’t trust Ambassadors and can’t recommend them.
Nick was a great storyteller, a friendly guide and super knowledgeable. A fun way to get to see the Grand Place area.
We booked this tour last minute after a private tour was unexpectedly canceled. It’s our first time to Brussels, so perhaps we were just not accustomed to the quirkiness of local Belgians. To be honest, our tour guide’s crazy stories, and overall “schtick” got a bit tiresome in a short amount of time. The tour ran long – (close to three hours), and I noticed that while we were a small group to start with, half the group left the tour before it was finished. Again, I realize it is difficult to keep a group of foreigners entertained and interested, but this just wasn’t a favorite for me.
