If you have ever been curious to make your own delicious croissant, this is the place to learn. Especially if Valentine is your available instructor. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable and fun to have as the leader!
It was AMAZING. The way the class is laid out really makes the whole baking process smooth. The polaroid really was the cherry on top.
The provider never showed up. Waste of a morning and UBER costs! The group that consisted of eight people were sorely disappointed.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter and I had a fantastic time at The Official Emily in Paris Croissant-Making Workshop. Sarah was friendly, patient, and made the experience both fun and easy to follow. We loved learning how to make authentic French croissants and enjoyed every minute of it. It was a wonderful memory to share together and one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The croissant baking class was so much fun! Sarah did an amazing job explaining each step in a way that was easy to follow. I left feeling so confident that I could bake croissants at home. Even my boyfriend, who is definitely not a kitchen-type guy, really enjoyed the experience. It was the perfect way to end our stay in Paris. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting! Loved this Emily in Paris croissant experience. The instructor was so patient and detailed, teaching us real French techniques. We made our own red croissants from scratch, tasted fresh pastries and got to take home what we made. Learned so much about French baking!

We had such a fun morning — Sarah is a fantastic instructor, warm, funny and really good at making everyone feel comfortable from the start. The croissants came out better than expected and we were pretty proud of ourselves by the end. Highly recommend!
